Holiday rentals with a patio in Lastarria, Santiago

Osnelly was an excellent host, from the day of booking to check out. Very proactive and super kind. Excellent apartment, very organized and clean. I felt at home.

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two subway stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of stores nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

The apartment met our expectations to the fullest, matches her photographs and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, I went for a work meeting and promised to return for longer, it has very close to the Italian Quarter where I went to dinner and walk for a while, where there is a great variety of restaurants, shops and national crafts, Marco was very kind in his treatment and disposition. 100% Recommended for Quality/Price.

Great apartment location close to great neighbourhood and attractions!

José Luis was a very good host. Communication was very good, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The modern and safe building, with a 24-hour concierge, very attentive to who always came in and out. I had a lift and water machine on the first floor and many small shops leaving the building. The closest metro station was about a 5 minute walk away and had many places to visit in its surroundings. The apartment was very clean, with everything you need for our stay. In the bathroom they had towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. In the bedroom they had extra blankets, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat and an electric jug to heat the water, the room had a smart TV and a balcony next door. The wifi worked perfect and you are also given a card to enter and exit the building with ease. Very nice experience, had everything we expected. Thank you very much!

This is an excellent apartment. Location is perfect: within a few minutes walking to lots of restaurants, bars, museums, and the metro. The staff at the front are also great.

The stay was wonderful. The place is undoubtedly better than the photos. The view is amazing, the location is very good. A few steps from the Bella Vista courtyard, which gave us many options for lunch and dinner. Although the place is very busy at night, I found a comfortable place without much noise. Impeccable towels and linens. All utensils available for quick meals. Perfect television and even better sound quality, it felt like a movie theater. I would definitely stay at this place several times. The host is super kind and thoughtful.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Arriving in Santiago was very smooth and I had no difficulty accessing the building or entering the apartment, as the electronic lock was great in this regard. The apartment has a great location and is very close to the Manuel Montt subway station, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The balcony overlooks the Andes, but it is only possible to see them when the weather is clear. The kitchen is very small and has a two-burner stove, which is nice for preparing breakfast. We had very cold days and the room heater was sensational. The Wi-Fi is very good and Netflix is available. The region also has pizzerias, cafes, markets, etc. Anyway, we hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Very cute, cozy place! It has all the amenities, it was very clean and it is as shown in the photos. Check-in with Sonia was very easy, she was always waiting for me to arrive at the place. Thank you for everything!!
