Very good experience, I only found it just when they were doing maintenance in the building, but everything else was impeccable. I would stay again because it was like home.

I loved the place, impeccable view, perfect location, I spent most of the days walking around the center. David responded quickly and was very polite and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and identical to the photos! It was so worth it and I will definitely come back.

Unforgettable stay! The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable bed, with blankets and pillows for all tastes. The shower has great pressure, the heater is powerful and fast — on cold nights, we even feel warm. The view is surreal: you can see the sunrise and sunset from the bed, as if it were a movie screen. The Wi-Fi never failed. Excellent location: markets, subway, snow clothes rental and tourist spots just a few minutes away. Franz is a rare host: attentive, quick to respond, gave several tips and was even flexible with check-in/out. She left us some welcome wine and chocolates that we loved so much that we bought some to take back to Brazil. It was our second international trip together, with a marriage proposal, our first time in the snow, and we found our temporary home here. Every day, we said, “Let's go home.” If we go back to Santiago, we won't think of anywhere else. Thank you, Franz!

Patricia is nice and attentive. She helped me with parking and keys and everything. Overall a good stay. Sorry my cat sctached the sofa and future guests have to live with it. Patricia handled this issue well and calmly as well.

They were super nice throughout the stay, giving detailed information, I liked the place and everything was as mentioned, but I would like to mention that the shower is small, however it depends on each person if it bothers them or not, but in general it is not a problem, you just have to be careful considering that it is glass.

The best thing is the location if you are interested in something cheap near the airport. It is 10 min from the airport by car. The area is not for loitering. The amenities are simple, useful and fair to spend a few hours or a day before a flight, as shown in the photos. Maria Teresa is quite friendly, very attentive and attentive to guests, she responds quickly and super accessible and flexible with schedules. My friends and I rented it one day because we needed 3 hours to sleep and bathe in the early morning before a flight and she was aware of our arrival and departure no matter how early it was. Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

This Airbnb has an excellent location to tour the beautiful city of Santiago. The apartment itself is very close to the Tobalaba metro station and the Costanera Mall. We enjoyed very much our stay and will consider it next time we are down under in South America. Thanks Karina for all your help!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Everything was very good, spacious bedroom and kitchen, everything was very clean. I would review the shower system and floor of the same, put a little more cutlery and glasses, and update the TV that does not give for more, but everything is perfect, the best value for money.
