Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lastarria, Santiago

Exactly what was needed for me, a nice apartment in a great location.

This apartment has it all! It is newly remodeled (even a dishwasher!), clean, private, safe, it has multiple workstations for work-from-home folks, and it is right beside the beautiful and bustling Lastarria neighborhood (tons of bars, shops, restaurants), as well as the "U Catolica/GAM corridor." Cristian was super responsive, friendly, and flexible. If you are looking for a private, updated space to stay for work and/or play, with tons of walkable attractions + a metro station right nearby, look no further! 5 STARS! Está recién remodelado (¡incluso tiene lavavajillas!), limpio, es privado, seguro, cuenta con múltiples estaciones de trabajo para quienes teletrabajan y se encuentra justo al lado del hermoso y animado barrio Lastarria (lleno de bares, tiendas, restaurantes). Cristian fue súper atento y flexible. Si buscas un espacio privado y moderno para trabajar y/o disfrutar, con muchísimas atracciones a las que puedes llegar caminando o en El metro, no busques mas! 5 Estrellas!

great stay with nice furniture and convenient location, walkable to the university and city center. hosts were quickly responsive to any questions or concerns.

The apartment is centrally located with a good amount of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's also in between two metro stations. The smallest of drawbacks include: - the primary bathroom's bathtub is a bit narrow. The result is that you have the plastic curtain encroaching on the usable shower space. It just feels cramped. This is not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind. - the other issue is that the living room and the bedroom windows have this privacy film over them. I overlooked this when booking the Airbnb, but essentially you are making a compromise between maximum sunlight or retaining the indoor temperature at the same level. We lucked out in that most days in Santiago ranged from sweater weather to warm, but I could see this being an issue in the winter time when you don't necessarily want to open the windows for more sunlight.

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. Jed gets an emphatic A+!

A must stay AirBnB in a must stay neighborhood! We felt safe at all times with plenty of restaurants at our footsteps. We got in to Santiago on an early flight and by the time we landed they had the apt ready for a very early check in, that was perfect. Quick to respond for any issue and quick to help you with any questions or tips needed. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. Heaters available in each room. Traveled with my mom and aunt (the biggest critics of AirBnB hahaha) and they loved it as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's apartment. My husband, son, and I spent nearly three weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is located on the top floor of a six-story building with a concierge, in a lovely and central neighborhood. It's quiet, spacious, and features a terrace with stunning views of the mountains. The apartment is very well-suited for longer stays, with convenient amenities like a washer/dryer. The only small suggestion we have is to add a few more kitchen items, such as a salad bowl and an extra frying pan. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Santiago!

I had a great stay in this apartment. It was a really cute place with a beautiful view. It was very walkable to everything I needed and just a few minute walk to the metro. Boris was a very responsive host with quick, friendly, and helpful communication. Thank you for a great experience, Boris!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

clean environment, with everything you need, the location is good, close to a station, you can go out at night with peace of mind and there are markets and things to eat nearby, if I come back in the future, I would stay there again. Not to mention the beautiful view, I recommend it

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was pleasant and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

The location is great, the room has enough space, wifi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70kg each and with back problems, the mattress 'sinks', which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend him to everyone! Ah, enjoy the shopping arcade in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta restaurant on the 2nd floor, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend.

Our stay as a couple was wonderful. Mirza was very kind and quick to communicate, made us feel very safe with very clear instructions. Check-in and entry and exit from the building work very well, with 24-hour doormen and an apartment door with a code. The apartment is very clean, practical and well located. Great place to make a home office, great internet. The apartment is in a very central, safe and quiet area, close to good places like Lastarria Neighborhood and Patio Bellavista. We'll be back again!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance condition and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

Spotless apartment with a BREATHTAKING view, the location is excellent meters from the best shopping malls. I'll definitely come back.
