Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lastra a Signa

Wat hebben wij het getroffen bij Tenuta Verde. Monica en Daniele zijn gastvrouw en heer pur sang. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Warm welkom bij aankomst, een welkomspakket waarmee je de eerste avond en ochtend mee doorkomt. Alle vorige lovende recensies zijn helemaal waar. Tips over de omgeving wat er te doen is naast de grote bezienswaardigheden en waar je lekker kan eten en het beste ijs kunt kopen. Warme persoonlijkheden die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daniele kwam zelfs 2 keer eigengemaakte wijn brengen, heerlijk. Het huis is zo fijn "thuiskomen" na een lange dag weg. Heerlijk de rust in de tuin en om het huis. We missen het nu al. Breathtaking location with views that are exactly what you want in the Chianti region. It was a beautiful place and was very nicely setup. Extremely responsive and helpful host. He provided recommendations and was quick to respond to questions. The house is centered nicely within the region and allows access to many different villages, wineries, and restaurants. An amazing experience and I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

We hebben een week doorgebracht in het huis van Stella en Tessa. Het is een sfeervol en authentiek ingericht appartement. Het ligt tussen de bergen omringd door olijfbomen maar steden zoals Lucca en Florence liggen niet ver weg. Het huis was heel schoon en lekker koel bij warme temperaturen. Er is voldoende schaduw rondom het huis. We hebben een kookles bij Stella gevolgd, dit was leerzaam en heel gezellig. Stella bedankt voor je vriendelijkheid, de heerlijke Italiaanse gerechten en je tips over de omgeving. Groeten, Margret en Toin

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

Leonardo’s place was the stuff Tuscan dreams are made of. When you think of a beautiful authentic Tuscan getaway, this is it! Leonardo was super quick to respond when we had questions. He had left us wine and cheese and helpful information as well. Just FYI -The bedrooms and bathrooms were up a narrow stair case so we just left our suitcases downstairs which worked out fine for us but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. We stayed out in the lounge chairs and hammocks for hours; if you walk down into the olive groves and to the right, you can see the sunset over the incredible Tuscan hills. Our only issue was finding it both times we drove in - the first day, we took a wrong turn and ended up on a one-lane dirt road but miraculously came out on the main road and found it easily from there. Coming home from Siena the next day, we took a different route so then got confused. But these inconveniences were outweighed by everything else. Highly recommend!!

Very beautiful place located in the heart of Florence the views from the bedroom are absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Yes there are a lot of steps to reach the top to the apartment but worth it once you see the view would recommend to anyone going to Florence.

We loved our stay at Francesco’s place! The apartment was absolutely lovely, and central to many great Florence landmarks. We felt right at home, and everything was so thoughtfully planned out in the space. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Sunflower è bellissima!! Un oasis de paix! La vue y est si magnifique que nous avons opté de toujours souper à la maison afin d’assister au majestueux spectacle que la nature nous offre: le coucher de soleil!! Il y a quelques appartements dans le complexe, mais on se sentait seuls puisque les espaces jardins sont biens divisés. Le secteur est paisible, mais en même temps près de Sienne et de plusieurs merveilleuses régions de la Toscane facilement accessibles en voiture. Le livre d’instructions, disponible à l’appartement est complet. Il comprend aussi des suggestions de parcours très agréables. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de Lorenzo, papa de Marta, qui nous a très bien expliqué les fonctionnalités de l’appartement. Merci pour la bouteille de vin, très apprécié! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement! Nous y avons pris de nombreuses photos, mais aucune ne reflète entièrement l’extrême beauté du paysage. Grazzie mille Marta & tutta la famiglia!

Marvellous location and view. Two terraces, one looks at the Pitti Palace and the other at Palazzo Vecchio and Santa Maria del Fiore. When you step outside, you practically step into the historic city, everything is just steps away. Federico was a wonderful host, provided a lot of recommendations (particularly restaurants) and all that we tried of those were very good. The house itself is very old and authentic, and gives you a great feeling of the city, yet it also has everything you need.

Nous avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants de 1 et 3 ans. Hôte accueillant et flexible. Très réactif il nous a fourni un lit bébé en dernière minute. Le logement est fidèle aux photos et descriptions. Il était très propre et fonctionnel. L’emplacement est incroyable pour un séjour à Florence. Il y a un parking privé payant juste en bas de l’immeuble. C’était super ! Merci

Great spot in Florence. Very spacious, even more so than the pictures indicate, and the terrace views were incredible. Also a very easy walkable location to everything you want to see! I would stay here again!

Aller à Pistoia et profiter d'une magnifique soirée d'été, flâner sur la Piazza del duomo, une glace à la main, en contemplant la cathédrale et le baptistère. Ces traces du passé laissent sans problème la place à la modernité et l'aménagement du lieu mêle design et authenticité. À moins d'une heure de Florence, Pise, Lucca, Vinci ou de la mer, Pistoia est sans nul doute extrêmement bien située. This was just what I was looking for. A Tuscan villa in the hills with a rustic style outside but excellent on inside. There was more space than expected: 3 queen size rooms and one twin, with 3 bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The library in the living space looks great (although you have to read Italian). Modern kitchen and great facilities. One minor challenge is the 3.7k drive off the main road to get to the property a you get used to it! Loved listening to the Cuckoos and other birds from the veranda Tommaso was an excellent and helpful host.

Our stay at Sonia’s place was like a week in a fairy tale. To stay in an 18th century home in Tuscany with the front door on the town square and the private rear terrace with a million dollar view was extraordinary. As for comforts & conveniences: There’s a parking space in the gated backyard, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has lots of wine glasses. There’s also a well-stocked supermarket at the bottom of the backyard stairs. And if you see the food truck just below the center of town, be sure to stop for a sandwich. If you can get away from the terrace, Carolyn & Sonia recommended the restaurant Enoteca Baldi, and we do too.

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Die herrliche Aussicht kann man sowohl als Paar, als auch mit Freund*innen wunderbar genießen. Es ist sehr ruhig und an allem gedacht worden: draußen gibt es sehr bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen Grill und Pool. Im Garten duftet es überall nach Jasmin. Auch innen fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist perfekt und befindet sich am perfekten Ort. Nach 20 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man San Gimignano. Einfach ein Traum und immer wieder eine Reise wert 😍

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marta und ihrer Familie hätte schöner nicht sein können. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist absolut weitläufig, liebevoll ausgestattet, unglaublich toll gepflegt und mit Liebe geführt. Marta und Ihre Familie sind absolut liebenswert und kümmern sich ganz reizend um ihre Gäste. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Pizza-Abend war ganz wunderbar und für uns ein gelungener Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes. Wer traumhaftes, abgelegenes toskanisches Ambiente und liebevolle Gastgeber sucht ist in "Poggio del Fattore" genau richtig.

Our Villa in Montespertoli was everything we could have wished for and more, full of all the modern conveniences required to cook if desired. The grounds were absolutely delightful and the hillside backdrop of grapevines etc was stunning to wake up to every morning in a secluded and peaceful place. We enjoyed many mornings having coffee around the poolside deck and afternoons sharing a glass of wine chatting with our friends after our many touring adventures. You definitely need to have a car to enjoy this Villa and surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, hot Springs, San Gimignano to name a few. Our Caretaker Lia cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan dinner to share on our last night which we enjoyed immensely. Thankyou for hosting us in your home, we didn’t want to leave.
