In summer, the process water is heated via the solar system. It may take a while for the heating to start in Wolken.

In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

The apartments are equipped with everything to offer you a cozy and relaxing stay. The property is completely fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal grill.

You reach Nürnberg Messezentrum by car in 25 minutes, to Bayreuth it takes 35 min. Close to the beautiful country side Frankonian Swiss. We don´t charge for Children under 2 y. The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys!

Our 4-room apartment is 100 square meters and is in a quiet yet central location. It has been completely renovated and very lovingly designed and furnished. The location is ideal for vacationers and trade fair visitors. You can reach the exhibition center and the city center of Nuremberg in about 27 km. It can accommodate 7 to 8 people. Fresh milk, potatoes and eggs are available from the farmer next door.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
