We enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to beautiful walks by the sea and slept the adults very comfortably. A nice modern and clean apartment. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Mari's apartment. It's a very peaceful location, but still very close to Matinkylä metro station. She is a very responsive host and we had a very good stay. If you have more luggage with you, I recommend taking a bus from metro station to the apartment. The bus takes you quite close. With less luggage, 1 kilometer walk is not a problem at all. For anyone who appreciates peaceful and quiet place, I recommend this apartment.

Joel and Sonja were excellent hosts and their gorgeous, modern and well-equipped apartment was just impeccable with a beautiful view over the Baltic sea, just as advertised on the listing. The neighbourhood is in a calm, chic area of Helsinki, with plenty of water front cafés and restaurants easily accessible on foot, all while being only 15 minutes from the center of the city. Joel and Sonja were both very accommodating and reactive regarding my requests and made me feel right at home in their city. 10/10, highly recommend to anyone thinking of traveling to Helsinki!

Der Aufenthalt bei Tommi war einfach nur unglaublich gut! Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht und sogar mehr. Die Aussicht über den Hafen ist ein Traum und dank der zentralen Lage ist man in kurzer Zeit mitten im Getümmel. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung ruhig, die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tommi ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und ein noch besserer Mensch. Er hat mich vor Ort empfangen und war gleich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Bei Fragen war er immer zu erreichen und gab einem das Gefühl, dass ihm wirklich viel daran liegt, dass man einen perfekten Aufenthalt hat. Selbst mit Problemen wie in einem Fall Streik am Flughafen ist Tommi entspannt, spontan und eine große Hilfe! Vielen Dank! Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Nice place short drive from downtown+ easy to commute with tram. Restaurants nearby and a nice outside area Sauna and balcony were enjoyable.

Täydellinen majoituskokemus! Kaikki ilmoitetut asiat pitivät täysin paikkansa, ja asunto vastasi odotuksia. Maisemat asunnosta ovat todella upeat ja tekivät vierailusta erityisen mieleenpainuvan. Hintalaatusuhde on erinomainen, ja asunto oli erittäin siisti ja tuntuu kuin astuisi kotiin. Lisäksi asunnosta löytyy kaikki tarvittava pidempää majoittumista varten, mikä teki oleskelusta todella helppoa ja mukavaa. Kommunikointi erittäin ystävällisen Alviinan kanssa sujui vaivattomasti. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä kohdetta kaikille!

Smukeste udsigt og fantastiske solnedgange. Helt privat og masser af fugleliv. Praktisk og hyggeligt indrettet og alt virkede fint. Dejligt med pejs og super nemt at tænde op i saunaen - som vi virkelig nød. Kan give det sted de bedste anbefalinger. Glæd jer 😍

Mökki oli viihtyisä, hyvässä kunnossa ja siisti, siellä oli oikein hyvä viettää iltaa. Saunassa sai hyvät löylyt.

Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

Paikka oli tosi kaunis. Rauhallinen ja suojaisa vaikka naapurit vieressä. Näkymät järvelle kuin postikortista. Tontti oli hienosti pengerretty ja puistomainen tunnelma. Iso plussa tontin aitaus, koira pystyi kulkemaan vapaana. Olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Villa oli tilava ja tosi siisti. Kiva tunnelma. Kaikki toimi hienosti. Rantasaunassa hyvät löylyt ja palju lämmittelyyn , järvivesi ei ollut vielä kovin lämmintä. Kristiinalta saimme hyvät ohjeet. Villan sijainti oli meille todella hyvä. Läheltä löytyy myös muuta tekemistä ja nähtävää. Voisimme tulla joskus tulevaisuudessa uudestaan.

This was a beautiful place and we had a great time as four adults, two 1 year olds and 1 three year old. It was clean, easy to use. Well thought out, we could put safety gates on the balcony so the kids were safe, same down by the beach. The beach was great for the kids as was the hot tub! The paddle boards and row boat were ready to use, which was amazing when us adults had a good moment in turn to go paddling! Would definitely stay again, only comment would be the dishwasher didn’t was very well, which may need a maintenance 😊 On the pricier side but a lovely, clean, peaceful holiday as two families with little ones 🥰

Perfect location in Helsinki - walkable to the centre, and beside various tram line stops. The apartment was spotlessly clean - note there are glass doors to the bedroom and no black out curtains / blinds, so an eye mask would be very helpful for the early morning light in summer. A great stay in Helsinki and highly recommended!

Niki ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, sie kümert sich einfach um ALLES. Die Wohnung ist tippi toppi sauber, man hat einen phantastischen Ausblick vom Balkon, auf dem ein Sofa steht und man kann seinen Morgenkaffee dort wunderbar trinken. Wir warten täglich im See schwimmen, einfach wunderbar. Die Haltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür von wo man ohne Probleme nach Helsinki kommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und würden sehr gerne nochmal wieder kommen. Sehr angenehm ist die einzuhaltende Nachtruhe von 22 Uhr - 7 Uhr. Man findet also die nächtliche Ruhe und man kann phantastisch schlafen und sich erholen.

Kaikki sujui loistavasti. Omassa puhelimessa oli alussa vähän viestinsaantiongelmaa ja sen vuoksi piti soittaa ja kysellä ohjeita älylukkoon. Sen jälkeen kaikki sujui oikein mainiosti ja hyviä vinkkejä saatiin kosolti. Liikuimme muutaman päivän akselilla Helsingin keskusta-Hanko ja siihen tämä sijainti oli myös hyvin sopiva.

Sallan koti on kaunis, kodikas ja puhdas! Vastasi täysin ilmoituksen kuvausta. Vietin asunnolla reilun kuukauden ja viihdyin todella hyvin! Salla oli lisäksi maailman ystävällisin ja avuliain host, joten voin lämpimästi suositella tätä asuntoa kenelle hyvänsä!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic and the apartment had everything we needed. Sebastian was very helpful and communicative. Only negative was the noisy construction going on across the street and we expected 1.5 baths based on the description but there was only 1. Would recommend based on our experience.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, super eingerichtet und wunderbar am Meer gelegen. Das WiFi funktioniert einwandfrei für Homeoffice. Ich habe mich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Danke!

Appartamento ottimo situato in una zona molto bella e nuova di Helsinki, fornito di tutti i servizi per trascorrere un periodo senza difficoltà e con tutto il necessario. Pulizia ed ordine al TOP. L'appartamento al 21 piano di un grattacielo ha una vista splendida che ti rende il soggiorno molto piacevole nei momenti che vivi nell'appartamento. Sotto al grattacielo hai un grandissimo centro commerciale (REDI) e la fermata della metro M1 e M2 che ti possono portare nel centro di Helsinki in pochi minuti. Tutto molto comodo e vivi in un ambiente particolarmente comodo e facile. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento sono perfette per una coppia o per un singolo. Abbiamo vissuto una piacevole esperienza in un appartamento molto curato con l'impegno dei proprietari.....è come essere a casa.

Once we booked our stay, the host introduced herself and asked us of interests and then proceeded to provide us with many suggestions for activities and dining. Those were all quite helpful. Once we got to the unit she personally welcomed us and explained the appliances and the unit. We found the place to be quite charming and the location was great. There were many things nearby and it was reasonably close to the city center. We could walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Check out was very easy. We would definitely look to stay there again when we visit Helsinki.
