Monthly Rentals in Lavagna

I had some questions for Maria Tea in advance. Her daughter Loredana always answered these immediately and the contact was also pleasant during the stay. The apartment is great: The view is impressive and the apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished. The apartment is well located: in about 10 minutes at the train station and beach, in 5 minutes at the market square, etc. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, I recommend! Very convenient check-in instructions, the host is very kind and happy to help. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, even coffee, spices and welcome cold drinks that were very appropriate.

very spacious and comfortable apartment for 4 people. Private parking inside the condominium is very useful. 10-15 minute walk to downtown and the beach. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants all under the house, once you arrive the car is no longer needed. Kitchen and bathroom essentials were present as described. Ylenia is very kind and responsive, comfortable self check-in. Quiet condominium. We will consider this apartment for a return to Lavagna :-)
