45m2 apartment, renovated ,bright , quiet , near the bypass , at the foot of the building there is the bus . The kitchen is comfortable . Sofa has a real mattress On the 3rd floor you can enjoy an unobstructed and green view, you can enjoy a balcony . Parking is free on the street . If you want 2 beds and you are 2 people , it will be 8 Euros ( cash) extra for the bed. See you very soon
