You also have a closed courtyard (ideal for storing bicycles) Upstairs, you have two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. A bathroom and a separate toilet.

Its basilica at the center of the square will seduce you. This neighborhood is very lively with its shops and towpath, allowing you to take long walks along the Mayenne by bike or on foot and to reach the city center quickly.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.
