Welcome to our charming townhouse. This 100 m2 house is a stone's throw from the towpath and a 15-minute walk from downtown Laval. (Train station, shops and multiple activities) This accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor terrace on the ground floor. You also have a closed courtyard (ideal for storing bicycles) Upstairs, you have two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. A bathroom and a separate toilet.

We will welcome you in a small house close to the city center, this is our outbuilding and it has been completely renovated. Access is on the side of the house in complete autonomy. We are located very close to Place d'Avesnières where you will find a multitude of shops. Free parking is available in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, stove, oven and a Senseo coffee machine. A microwave is also available.

Downtown studio with dining area

We provide a very bright studio with bedroom, office, private bathroom and dining area. Access to the accommodation is completely independent. Street parking is available free of charge. The dining area consists of a fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes (plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, tea and coffee). So you can reheat dishes, prepare breakfast but not cook. I provide linens and towels.
