Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lavertezzo

Louise was so sweet and her home is a little gem with the BEST bathtub EVER in the bedroom. Such a cool place and very roomie for a couple. Beautiful decor! Love the interior design touches mixing the old stone with more modern elements. The only negative was finding parking. Luckily we found a little spot all the way down the hill in front of the school….but this is Lake Como so we’re used to hiking up the hill!:) Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay and especially loved our meals out on the deck and also enjoyed Villa Lario built into the cliff just below. Fun experience:) We’d love to return sometime!

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

Eine tolle, gemütliche Wohnung, mit allem was es braucht, um sich schnell wohlzufühlen. Es ist sehr gemütlich, man schaut ins Grüne, der Bach rauscht. Auch unsere beiden Teenager waren begeistert. Fabrizio ist ein sehr herzlicher und offener Gastgeber mit Tipps und guten Informationen. Aus unserer Sicht fast ein Geheimtipp, wenn man Natur sucht und doch mit dem Bus zügig einkaufen oder durch Locarno Bummeln möchte.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Ganz liebe Gastgeber, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und auf den ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Drinnen wie draussen ist es sehr gemühtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Toll dass es auch zwei Fahrräder hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auch die Lage, perfekt für verschiedene Ausflüge oder einfach im Garten unter der Pergola sitzen und entspannend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank euch zwei!!!

Such a historic, peaceful and walkable place. Market, 3restaurants and boat dock close for boat tours. Eros and Daniel were some of most helpful and responsive hosts I have seen. They live a block away. Will always cherish sitting on lawn at dusk watching lake Como lights come on

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist geschmackvoll & funktional eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore, die Täler & Berge ist spektakulär.

Our stay at Claudia’s was nothing short of fabulous - her home was a highlight of our two days in Como. We were so eager to enjoy her patio and view of the city / lake we opted to eat dinner at home both nights of our stay. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and Claudia gave us great recommendations to make our time the best possible.

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Super schöne Wohnung, schwer erreichbar mit dem Auto aber war auch ganz klar so beschrieben. Alles perfekt sauber, eine Kochplatte wäre noch perfekt, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Marco und Mary fahren 👍

Paolo est sympathique et réactif. La terrasse est grande, utilisable toute la journée (à l'ombre l'après-midi) et la vue est magnifique. Le logement est bien et agréable pour 2 personnes. Le lit est confortable. Les 200m à parcourir à pieds sont plats donc faciles. Quelques détails à noter : l'isolation acoustique est moyenne (on entend les sanitaires des autres logements le matin de bonne heure), le réfrigérateur a du mal à tenir le froid et la salle d'eau commence à montrer quelques signes d'usage (meuble sous lavabo et douche). En conclusion, le logement est très agréable mais peut-être un peu cher (c'est sans doute la région qui veut cela)

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen. Die Terasse ist einfach nur wunderschön! Es lässt sich unglaublich gut entspannen in der Wohnung ❤️

Domingo was a first class host. Very friendly and offered a list of great places and restaurants to visit around the area. The aptmt was fully kitted out with everything you might need for your stay and the views from the two balconies over lake Como were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Domingo’s abnb. Alessandra a été proactive et nous a bien conseillé. Son appartement est très propre et bien rangé. Il offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour, même prolongé (cuisine, terrasse, etc). L’endroit est très calme. Il préférable d’avoir son propre véhicule mais les transports publics sont aussi possible pour aller directement à Lugano ou Bellinzona. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour au Tessin. Merci Alessandra!

Wir haben uns bei Sonja vom ersten Empfang heimisch gefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Sie ist vollständig und für körperlich eineschränkte Gäste ausgestattet, bis hin zum Nähzeug und kleinen Gesellschaftsspielen. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre haben wir auf dem gesamten Gelände gespürt, mit Spielsachen und -geräten für Kinder. Sonja war uns gegenüber immer verbindlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir schon heute zu unseren schönsten Urlaubsunterkünften zählen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Andrea ist eine ganz besondere, liebevolle und aufmerksame Person, mit dem Herzen am richtigen Ort. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und mit viel Liebe ausgestatted und dekoriert. Die Spaghettis in der Wohnung haben mich nach einer langen Wanderung gerettet😃, danke dir nochmals, liebe Andrea. Wenn in Gambarogno, dann zu Andrea, soviel steht fest. Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in Gordevio und in Stefanos Unterkunft. Der wunderschöne Ort und das top ausgestattete Appartement fühlt sich für uns fast schon wie ein zweites Zuhause an. Wir kommen wieder, da es im Maggiatal einfach soo viel zu entdecken gibt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhaft. Unterkunft von innen schlicht gehalten, blitzsauber und alles da was man braucht- sogar eine Klimaanlage. Ausblick 10 Sterne, Pool und wirklich ein absoluter Traum. Roberta war jederzeit erreichbar, der Check in war ohne Probleme und wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Absolute Empfehlung.

Maria is the best air bnb host we have ever had. She was extremely kind, informative of the area, and was very responsive. You will not go wrong booking this stay in moltrasio. The town was very charming and had a quiet pace with the stay having an amazing view of the lake as well.
