Holiday rentals with a patio in Lavon Lake

Great stay- felt very safe, was super clean, walkable to several restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

This was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a home away from home warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Every little detail added to the comfort and charm, making it the perfect retreat. The atmosphere was peaceful, the space was spotless, and it had everything I needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! Without a doubt, I’ll be booking again.

What a great stay! I came for 1.5 weeks for work and the apartment was very close to my work and the location is very peaceful. The place was so nice and comfortable and was one of the best stocked airbnbs that I’ve stayed at and has everything you need for a great stay! The bed and couch are both very comfy too! Joseph was very communicative and helpful also. I would book this place again if it became available in these next few months of working in Dallas.

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

It was PERFECT. Very cozy, beautiful, comfortable, and Mario thought of EVERYTHING. He even provided a kennel in the living room to put our two dogs, a Chihuahua mix, and an Austrailian Shepherd, so we didn't have to lug our big kennels in from the truck. And the biggest deal for me: DIMMER SWITCHES! Do you know how many times I have wished for dimmer switches on lighting at AirBnB's? And Mario had them on EVERY ceiling light AND in the bathroom! I'm a blue-eyed guy, a little light sensitive at night and this and other features made me so comfortable! We had a dear friend over to dinner and Mario had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook grass-fed rib eye steaks! I found the bed extremely comfortable. No back problems at all the next morning. Heads up for some folks, it is a 3rd floor unit, which I loved because of the deck off the back, but for some you will need to take your time on the stairs. However, my friend's 80+ year old mother was able to make it up with some help.

What a great place to stay with convenient location. Easy to walk to downtown McKinney. It was clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again.

This home is beautiful, simply designed welcoming and comfortable! The backyard was open and nice… cheers from the games at the park and Bugs Bunny (we named the cute little bunny that lives in the backyard!) made us laugh. There were some obstacles but the host was responsive! Iron had a short before our event … the host replaced it by the time we returned from our event. We did have to leave our Propane tank… Be prepared to sign into your streaming services. We plan to stay again when we visit McKinney!

Our move from Rockwall to Austin hit a big issue which forced me to find lodging for a night in rockwall. With no rooms available at hotels, this was my only option and my heart dropped when I saw the per night cost. However, the home offered everything we needed to keep our young kids distracted and occupied during a terrible relocation experience. The pool was amazing and the home gave my wife and kids peace of mind and for that, the price was worth every single penny. Thank you so much Roxanne!

Loved our stay. Just what we needed to relax and unwind. Perfect for unplugging from the world and enjoying the family! Host was very communicative and friendly! House well very well stocked and visitors needs well thought of. A lot of love went into this home and it shows! We will most certainly be back.

Everything was PERFECT! The house was beautiful- exactly how it looked it pictures. We had 6 adults and 7 big kids (ages 12-21) and everyone stayed busy with board games, the pool and all the game room activities. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The beds and linens were VERY comfortable! We didn’t leave while we were there but there seemed to be stores and stuff 20 minutes away. We weren’t there for a wedding but we got to see inside the barn and it was beautiful! It was all so nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to return! Loved meeting Christine and Dena, they’ve done an amazing job with the property!

Loved staying here apartment was great, lake was wonderful sat by it in the morning and at night! not only was the host responsive but also extremely helpful and friendly would definitely stay here again.

Stay in this property for 3 nights; property is located in an apartment building with parking right in frontof Gaston Ave for temporary parking; but also has a secure private parking in the back. If you are running quick errand you can park in front; for evening you can put a code in the gate at the right of the building and drive to the back and park there. The location is good in between downtown Dallas and Lakewood to the east. White Rock Lake area is not far - the Dallas Arboretum nearby - lots of areas to walk or bike The aparment was upstaris -so there is set of stairs to go up - it is in second level - which we really like. The first floor of the place has small living room/and nice kitchen with anything you need. then the bedrooms are upstairs - 12 steps - with nice big bed in one bedroom and another bed in a loft area. A/C worked well; It is a nice safe location with easy access to main roads; We went to a couple of shows downtown and Irving TX. We enjoyed our stay.

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!
