Cette maison est notre résidence principale, nous la mettons à votre disposition durant nos séjours à l'étranger.

Eugénie's house sea view - Jacuzzi - large garden

The Eugénie house, built in wood in 2021, is ideally located in the municipality of Goulven, facing the bay and its Natura 2000 classified Ornithological reserve. By following the 2.4 km hiking trail, you will discover the site of the Maison des Dunes and the beaches of Kerema. The house offers a magnificent sea view of the bay of Goulven/Jacuzzi area with sea view and walk-in shower. The Jacuzzi room is integrated into the house and access is from the inside or outside. Petite maison pour 1 à 4 personnes dans un jardin arboré, située à 2 minutes à pied du port et de la plage. Commerces à proximité: boulangerie, café tabac ,supérette. AVIS de vacanciers. Logement très fonctionnel, très joli extérieur, au calme tout près du port et de la plage, de très belles balades à proximité. Merci à Philippe pour son accueil et ses petites attentions, hôte très sympathique ! Nota: Une caution de 300 euros sera demandée à votre arrivée. Local vélo sécurisé.

Former fishermen's house... Koroll Ar Mor! Here time stands still! The tides punctuate your days... and the light from the lighthouse on the Île Vierge accompanies your nights...! "Koroll ar Mor" (the dance of the sea in Breton) is a concentration of happiness, it is the place where you come to recharge, where family and friends come to visit us! The sea is at the foot of the garden... it's incredibly rejuvenating! The house is very functional! It was renovated in 2020!

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings.
