Situé à Péaule, à 5 min du parc de Branféré, 15 minutes des plages, accès rapide à Vannes, Rochefort en terre,La Roche Bernard Notre maison est entièrement rénovée a neuf, elle comprends 6 chambres, 6 Salles eau, piscine interieure chauffée à l'année , piste pétanque, table de ping pong, balançoire. Terrasse avec salon de jardin, barbecue Draps et serviettes fournis Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées il est demandé de limiter le bruit à partir de 22h. A très vite !

Logement simple mais accueillant, tout équipé pour 4 personnes. Vous profiterez de 2 chambres climatisées, équipées de tv (pas de salon), d'une cuisine totalement équipée, une salle d'eau, un wc séparé, un espace rangement. Un espace équipé d'une table et de chaises vous permettra de vous détendre à l'extérieur. Environnement calme, à proximité immédiate du bourg et des commerces (boulangeries, superettes, boucher, coiffeurs, poste,...). 1ère plage à 15mn, grande plage surveillée à 20 mn

Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

A cottage with an equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook a good meal, a table and comfortable armchairs to enjoy a homemade meal. A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The lounge area with a heated hot tub to relax in. Water heated all year round to 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

House ideally located to navigate between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., Branféré animal park. 5 min from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its recreational area. We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
