Modern small house, tastefully furnished and color-coordinated, high-quality and technically up-to-date. Inviting terrace with shaded dining table, which we unfortunately could not use due to the bad weather.

The beautiful, modern and very well-equipped apartment is within walking distance of the Ville Close and directly on the long waterfront promenade. The beautiful terrace has a great view of the sea. Another great advantage is the private parking space directly behind the house. Nicolas is a very friendly and considerate landlord. I felt very comfortable in my 4 days in the very nice apartment.

Fair and welcoming host. The house looks great and has everything you need for a longer stay. We will definitely be back.

I received a very good welcome, my hosts recommended some nice activities nearby and I appreciated their kindness and availability. The house is near the town of Clause de Concarneau but it is better to have a vehicle so as not to depend on the ferry or avoid walking longer by going over the bridge. There are several shops nearby, including a bakery that has enough to help you out with basic products (butter, dough, etc.). For me, who was looking for a clean place at a good price, equipped for a little remote work and close to leisure activities by car, I had a very good stay! Thank you both Guy and see you next time if I come back to Concarneau.
