Spacious May 2022 house, 5-minute walk to the Palace, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops and beaches are a 1- and 10-minute walk away, respectively. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open space with living room and wood-burning stove. (Toilets on the ground floor + upstairs.) Large equipped kitchen overlooking a south-facing terrace with a beautiful fully openable bay window. Laundry (washing machine, ironing board and iron.) Cleaning service included. Linens provided. Newly built house (2020), not adjoining, with neat decoration. You will enjoy an unobstructed wooden terrace. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a pretty hamlet, close to a beach (Port Guen, 350 meters, five minutes' walk) and the port of Palais (1.7 km). Bordardoué beach 20 minutes walk by the GR. Supermarket 500 meters away.
