Friendly, warmth hospitality host

Really nice and quiet location and it was exactly the same as shown in the photos. The house is near the train stations so you can easily get to the centre of the city. Also, J.O. was amazing, the communication was quick and clear and there were drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. I recommend 😊💯

This is a very convenient place for a work stay at reasonable price. It is well provided with internet and cooking facilities, in a private secure area. It is located at walking distances from various public transportation (buses, T11 etc..) that can transport you in many places in Paris and around. It is also at a walking distance from supermarkets. Finally, Haroon is an exceptional host, very friendly and always trying to help.

I had a pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by Farid. I was looking for emergency accommodation and I found it at the last minute and he was super responsive and very nice! The space was very clean and looked like the photos. I had all the equipment listed in the description at my disposal. In the surrounding area, there is plenty to eat and other amenities (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy). I would recommend it! 😊

Hi, We stayed there for 11 days. Accommodation is nice and good to live in. The host is nice, responsive to all our questions. Would highly recommend. The only downside is the front door leading to the courtyard that makes its own.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro going to Paris. Med Alex is a very friendly and responsive host—he replied quickly to all our questions and was flexible with check-in times. The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Muriel is a very friendly woman and her apartment was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, close to nature and yet close enough to Paris. Fantastic view also over the city, which was too little underlined for me in the listing. The fact that there is a bunk bed was also not visible in the photos. All in all a very good apartment, maybe a bit small to sit with two children but we were outside a lot so for us it was ideal.

Excellent place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it. I loved the apartment, which had plenty of space and is right by the metro. Very easy to get anywhere in Paris. Claire was easy to chat with, always available and very proactive. I’ve stayed in Paris many times and would definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend it enough - well worth the price.

We enjoyed it very much! Christelle et Smail were very friendly and we were even able to store our luggage in the apartment even longer on the day of departure. It was small but nice, it has everything you need. We'd come back any time. ☺️
