Patricia and Laurent are real superhosts! Incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and flexible. Beautiful house in a private area, we felt at home right away. Will definitely go back at the opportunity. If I could have given them 6 stars, they would have gotten it!

We had a very nice stay! We were two families and the house and its layout were perfect. The garden, the pool and all the little nooks made our stay unbeatable. Jean Eric has been a very attentive host. On the day of our arrival, he waited up for us until dawn (our flight was delayed). His recommendations were very accurate and he responded immediately.

We (2 adults + 1 infant) spent 7 days in Julien's home. Flawless accommodation, very large room, functional kitchen. Peaceful neighborhood. Responsive host. In short, 5 stars on all points. In addition, the location allowed us to enjoy nearby activities (Giens, Hyeres, Bormes within 30 minutes)

Excellent stay at the villa . Accommodation in accordance with the description...very well equipped...in a beautiful environment. The exterior is very pleasant with a well exposed heated pool. We were greeted by Elisabeth, friendly... and warm. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this accommodation.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, great for a group or family. Althought it was already mid October, the pool was still open and clean and usable. The size of the rooms, the furniture, the location and the feel of the house is all really perfect. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back. Thanks for such a great service!

The villa is in a good location with amazing view on the sea and sunset. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces: the swimming pool, the barbecue and the dinners under the stars. The smaller swimming pool was not available at that moment but the bigger was enough for our use. The kitchen is very well equipped and with all you need for your stay. We really appreciated the A/C. There are beaches in walking distance and also several paths for running/jogging lovers in the middle of nature. The host was very responsive and helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeings.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Anna is an exceptional host, with remarkable kindness and availability, always ready to answer our questions with a smile. The house was impeccably clean, very nice and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The only small downside is that the pool temperature seemed a little cold. However, this did not spoil our experience. We strongly recommend this listing and hope to be back.

Lovely home, very clean, with a fantastic view. The indoor/outdoor living was so relaxing! House was decently well equipped with what we needed. We requested to have access to the bbq and the owner provided it, which was nice for cooking. The instructions for the driveway were clear and helpful with pictures but we never received instructions for keys and had to search for them. We appreciated the recommendations for things to check out in the area. Response times for questions were fair. Note: only 2 of 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. Overall, a beautiful home that was truly relaxing for us to spend time at. That view was unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I had a great weekend. Beautiful villa, very well equipped, and perfectly in line with the listing. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable, including a master suite with bathroom. The residence is quiet and secure, ideal for resting. Host is responsive and very understanding. I would highly recommend it!

Guillaume and François were very attentive and welcoming ! The house has a fantastic history and is situated in the perfect private neighborhood. The beach is a few steps away / the town and other beaches is just a 10 minute walk away ! The beach was fantastic and there are lots of things to do, great town, great experience, would absolutely stay there again!

A super private and quiet location with magnificent sea views. Pretty impeccable house, nicely moved and very well equipped. Comfortable rooms and bedding. The contact with the landlord and her trusted person was effective and friendly. We had a lovely stay with 10 people and recommend this place! Beautiful contemporary and practical villa. Great views of the vineyards, nature and the sea. Very good communication with Christelle. We were two couples with two children each. Ideal with each its own wing on this step-free villa. 2 terraces including one with a beautiful infinity pool. The area is really beautiful.

We had a lovely few days in this beautiful location! It has the wow factor with the beautiful pool and the partial view of the sea, beautiful palm trees and plants all around! The inside is clean and minimalist but has everything you need. It was calm and super private, it was everything we needed to relax and recharge our batteries! There’s a boulangerie 5mn walking and a groceries store very close by, also some beautiful walk in nature at the door step! Thanks to Eric who was very helpful and great communication.

Michel and Evelyne have their modern villa with all the comforts possible. Unfortunately we did not get to know directly as it is their secondary house. Their “concierge” Myriam is a very charming person who kindly welcomes us to the villa. She is a kind person like everything and of absolute responsiveness! The check-in time was very flexible. The house is furnished and tastefully decorated. Everywhere it was super clean - we could have eaten directly from the floor. We felt right at home - especially thanks to Myriam's warm welcome. The kitchen is very well equipped - nothing is missing. There is a gas grill for grilling. In short, you can go there without your eyes. It's even more beautiful than the images. A quick tip for sunset lovers. Place a chair in front of the front door for an aperitif! A real shot of luck! Relax and absolute rest

The best air bnb we’ve EVER stayed at! Everything about this villa was perfect. The location, size, cleanliness. Denis was an incredible host that was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. The view itself is worth staying here! Loads of shops near and beach is an easy 15 min walk away. Definitely recommend this villa to everyone!

We had a great time at this beautiful beachfront villa. This home is ideal for a family looking to spend a relaxing vacation in the area, between beach and pool. We enjoyed the comfort of the very spacious accommodation, the proximity of the boat bus to Toulon and the beaches, the large swimming pool, the park around the villa... and especially the excellent hosting and recommendations from Emilie!

We had a very pleasant stay at Julien's, on the occasion of a wedding in the area. We even regretted not being able to stay a week longer as the setting was so relaxing! The accommodation is perfectly suited for families, everything is designed for children: high chairs, games, bicycles in the garden... Well equipped accommodation. Wonderful view from the dining room. Very pleasant exterior and well appointed for meals or rest. Quiet and peaceful environment. Excellent welcome. The garden is totally fenced for dogs, who are welcome.
