46 m 2 apartment. 160 cm bed in the bedroom, 140 cm sofa bed in the living room (very comfortable, bought in 2022) The apartment overlooks the back of the building, there is no noise except that of the birds. There is a flowered balcony. I live in this apartment year-round, so it's fully equipped! Access to the metro is very close (line 5 to 7 minutes). You can also reach Paris by bike by following the canal (20-minute ride on a beautiful bike path)

Studio used only by guests during the stay. Supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop open on Sundays As this is my place of residence, my belongings are in the apartment during your stay but should not bother you. Stays longer than 10 days not accepted. Thank you.
