Hello, we are renting our studio adjoining our house which has its own independent entrance. Located in a haven of peace in the center of Guemene. You can enjoy the large flowery yard as well as the swimming pool if the outside temperatures allow it. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as the necessary kitchenware and breakfast. Deckchairs are available as well as a table and chairs to eat outside. Note that the size of the accommodation is in line with the price displayed but you will be at your ease and we are at your disposal for any need. We have a small 11 kg dog who does not bite, just a big cuddle lover, the breed can be specified in a private message, you will understand...

Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.
