My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all within walking distance. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wood-clad house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a 25 m2 living room with a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and an 11 m2 bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.

Apartment located upstairs (no PMR access), very close to the center, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, the bird sanctuary, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the body of water (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

The studio is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of local shops, shopping mall, public transport and oyster ports. The ocean beaches and the Dune of Pyla are a few km drive away. The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.
