No smoking allowed. Welcome tray (coffee, tea, cakes). Apartment located upstairs (no PRM access), very close to the center, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the train station, the Ornithological Reserve, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the lake (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Thanks to all our guests who enjoyed the quality of Studio Jay, the hospitality and allowed us to become a "traveler favorite" Rated 3 stars by the Gironde Departmental Tourism Committee, registered with the Teich Tourist Office and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, the studio is located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, close to shopping centers, the bird sanctuary, bike paths (including the bike path) and a sandy beach on the riverbank.

The chalet is located in Biganos at the crossroads of the Arcachon Bay (Cap Ferret, Bordeaux and Arcachon). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.

28 m² studio for rent located in Le Teich with a small garden. Nice and very bright studio. Railway nearby. No pets allowed. Respect for the premises and the neighborhood. No loud music, no partying. Peaceful and quiet place. Please do not smoke in the studio, an ashtray is waiting for you on the terrace. No access other than to guests who have booked. A surveillance camera is installed in the garden. This is used to deter thieves.

Charming house - 3-star furnished accommodation

It is a very quiet and perfectly equipped house in Le Teich that offers 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. We lend you bikes, equipment for children and a plancha. There is a terrace and a garden. You can park a car for free. This house is the perfect base for discovering the basin: you are 20 minutes from Arcachon, Pyla and the beaches. You are also a 15-minute walk from the train station to get to Bordeaux.
