Holiday rentals with a patio in Leicester

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

I had a great stay at Richard's in the annex in his garden. It was spacious, clean, light and very well-equipped and furnished. It was private and had parking on his drive and I could even do some washing when needed. The location was perfect - walkable to town in around 15-20 minutes and with countryside walks right on your doorstep. Farndon Fields Farm Shop and cafe/restaurant is really good and only a 2-minute walk away. Also, a convenience store/Post Office, fish and chip shop and launderette were only a 5-minute walk away. Richard was very helpful and approachable if need be.

We stayed (two people) for three nights in the apartment and we would happily have stayed for longer! The apartment was lovely and very clean. It was very easy to find and access and thankfully had a lift for our luggage. There's a very spacious bedroom and bathroom and the balcony is also very spacious and perfect to enjoy the view with a lovely cup of tea. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is walking distance to the tram stop, shops like Tesco and Sainsbury's, and plenty of bars that we enjoyed including The Blind Rabbit (great burgers!), Lagan Bar (great Indian food!) and others. It's also an easy walk to the train station. I'd definitely recommend this place or stay again in the future.

We had a lovely stay in this quiet, cosy loft right in downtown Melbourne. Loft is just off the Main Street in a very quiet alley and was a wonderful home base for picking up the bus to download festival and there were several charming businesses within walking distance. The loft was clean and tidy, everything was in good working order and it was a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sun and music. Would definitely book this property again.

Steve is a fantastic host. The building was safe and secure. The apartment is a warm and inviting clean space with lots of extras I didn’t expect; such as extra towels, shampoo and shower gel and a fantastically well equipped kitchen, you won’t be disappointed with this place! It even has a balcony! Steve was very friendly and helpful with lots of information and ideas for our visit, nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use again

I had a great 10-day stay at Justin’s place. The apartment had everything needed to feel like a home, and the fully functional kitchen made cooking easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed having lunch in the small backyard each day — I was lucky to have sunshine throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, with local buses just a 4-minute walk away that take you straight to the city center. It’s also walkable if you prefer. The area is beautifully green, with two large parks nearby — perfect for a stroll or some fresh air.

Anuj was helpful and informative from the get go. His place is very nice and clean with everything you need. Great location for what we needed and will definitely book again ... Thumbs up from us 👍

Marylise was a superb host. The accommodation was pristine with fully up to date equipment in the kitchen and instructions for everything you need. The house was spotless and decorated with beautiful items, Marylise was incredibly responsive and helped with anything we required. Check in was extremely easy as well as check out. The location was perfect, it was a short walk into the city centre. I will definitely be staying at this Air BnB again, everything was perfect.

Really great base for a week of travel. Spacious house with plenty of things provided to make the stay better. Nice garden to enjoy the sun in, and a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use this again.

Jonny’s place was easy to find, had everything needed for my stay whilst visiting the area for work. I would certainly recommend and stay again when next in the area.

Adie made us feel very welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. He left us bread, milk,cereals,teabags,coffee and even a bottle of wine, etc. We were just a little surprised that we had to be out by 10am, we could have done with a little longer. It was great that the dogs came and visited as we were missing ours. Thank you Adie for a wonderful place to lay our heads and get ready for our granddaughters wedding.

Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!
