We occasionally rent out our apartment with about 30 square meters of living space. It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne lime. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but in no time at all Cologne's top locations, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also at the airport (20 minutes) or on the motorway (5 minutes).

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Business people can relax well in the great surroundings after a strenuous working day and enjoy the view.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

Spacious, light-flooded country apartment in Ellinghausen Wermelskirchen – surrounded by forest, horse paddocks and a small nursery. Enjoy the Japanese pond with carp and bonsai, cook in the open outdoor kitchen or relax by the fire. Hiking and riding trails start right outside the door, dogs are welcome. In the neighborhood: therapeutic riding for children and adults with disabilities. Burg Castle, general sights and shopping in 5-15 min.

"Schöner Wohnen" in the countryside of Wuppertal

Experience living anew and in the green Wuppertal! Just a 10-minute walk to Unterbarmer train station, Tony Cragg's sculpture park or Cinemaxx. Shopping is also very close. You can enjoy the beautiful weather on the terrace or even cozily in the garden. Take a break. It is only about 45 km to Messe Düsseldorf and 65 km to Cologne. Shipping Container In Horse Farm

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

Small house at Gut Bechhausen

Very quietly located in a side street in Witzhelden, directly at Gut Bechhausen, a 300-year-old half-timbered house. On the first floor there is the spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom, on the second floor is the living room and bedroom with two beds 140*200 and 90*200. The balcony overlooking an old barn and the countryside invites you to chill out.
