Welcome to my cool feel-good apartment! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house. The apartment is 95 square meters. It has a large balcony with large window front on the open kitchen, dining room and living room, which makes the apartment nice and bright. The beautiful bright bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub from which you can look into the stars. In the large bedroom is a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.
