Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Really super comfortable and well-kept accommodation, being able to enjoy the sunset on the terrace is really a treat! Nicola is a very attentive, kind and always available Host for everything. We recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Bruna was exceptional, always ready for any very kind request but above all available for every request well in addition to her role. Highly recommended for those who want a comfortable accommodation in the center to move around in peace. If I have to come back it will be my choice. 😁
