Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Iserlohn - Modern basement apartment

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

It is covered and 45 square meters; an ideal place to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the Sauerland. The parking spaces in front of the house are now completed. You can get directly into the house and into the apartment without accessibility. Safe accommodation for bicycles and e-bikes is available

Be our guest in this sunny 90 square meter apartment, with an old flair and modern attributes. All the important points of contact are nearby. Bus stop, supermarket, city center with restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Cozy apartment with fireplace in a castle built in 1898 with fantastic landscape and located directly on the river Lenne. Centrally located yet quiet in the forest on the mountain with many hiking trails right on the doorstep.

It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
