Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with a lot of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can be in Graz within 30 minutes by car and have many options for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet and forgetting the stress.

We were there as early as 2022. We liked it so much that we booked there again now. The small apartment is quiet, bright, even with balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. Carolina and Alois are very friendly people and very helpful and straightforward. We will be back!!!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

We felt very comfortable in the small house. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a cozy living room. On sunny days, we enjoyed the numerous terraces and seating options outside. The property is quiet and somewhat secluded, and you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. There are also hiking opportunities right from the house. Marcus is very friendly and helpful and also gave us recommendations during our stay.

We absolutely loved this b and b, wish we could have stayed longer! Loved the sound of cows and rosters in the morning.

We rented the cottage with a group of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

We had a wonderful time in the house with three couples. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and outside. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

I had to go to Graz for business and made it into a trip with dogs, kids and a friend. Robert’s place was perfect for the occasion: central so we could explore the city, and peaceful so everyone could have a moment to breathe when needed. Robert was responsive and helpful, recommended restaurants were great. Place was squeaky clean, and just the right amount of lived in so it felt like a real home. We definitely recommend staying!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming, private oasis in the heart of town! While it was initially a bit tricky to locate the front door due to needing to walk through another entrance to reach the courtyard, we soon appreciated the hidden gem. The house is beautifully updated and impeccably clean. We especially loved the private yard, which was perfect for letting our dog play freely. Being in the heart of the city, we enjoyed daily walks to breakfast and dinner. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive. We highly recommend staying here!

We spent a week in Graz and traveled by train. The apartment is the perfect starting point to discover the city on foot, which we highly recommend. The connection to public transport is also ideal for further routes. Just get out and go. When planning, it is worth taking a look at the rich cultural offerings of Graz. The opera is a stone's throw away and there is an open-air stage on the Schlossberg. There is live music in many cafes, bars, and gardens. We had a great breakfast at Café Fotter (about 1 km) and a rustic evening in the Eschenlaube right next to the accommodation (view of the cultural offer! Affixed outside). Andreas welcomed us warmly and is easily accessible for questions.

The house is perfect, we have everything we need, enough space. It took us quite some time to enter the garage.

I had a lovely time staying at Eva and Willi’s place. They were very kind to pick me up at the train station as it was pouring rain, were always friendly and provided great recommendations. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped in a lovely peaceful location. I was able to do my creative work, rest and enjoy beautiful sights in Weyer. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

We had 2 quiet and fine days with Peter at the bathing pond. The apartment is sweet and there is everything you need. The place is also quiet and it was nice to go hiking. So much bird chirping, it's a dream! The camping stüberl is directly opposite the apartment. We didn't have much going on and closed early. A good place to drink a good evening beer. But I don't know how loud it is when there's a party. We were completely satisfied.

Since we decided to go to Graz quite spontaneously, it was great how quickly we were able to book. We would also have had the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and depart a little later. The apartment was as described. The equipment with play materials, sleeping, washing and child safety utensils was truly unique. These many details made the holiday with children easier. The communication worked excellently and was very friendly. The location is wonderful anyway.

Fantastic accommodation near the historic center of Graz. Everything in the apartment is clean and functional. The host is pleasant, flexible and communicative.

I had a great holiday with my dog Polly. The apartment is very well equipped, I have never had such a good kitchen in an Airbnb. Everything you need for cooking was there. The neighbors were super nice and helpful. The dogs could also run together in the large garden, as everything is completely fenced. The surroundings are beautiful and you can do many great hikes or go swimming at Lake Leopoldstein. I can definitely recommend the accommodation and may come back again.

Milena was always easily accessible and responded in a timely manner. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. The city center is easily accessible by bus. I'd love to come back.

Everything was very well communicated. One day before check-in, you will receive a message with all the information about the stay (arrival, check-in, the apartment itself, recycling, check-out). The pdf with explanation we received was only in German. Maybe there were other languages available after request, but we didn't check this. For the rest, it was a friendly host and an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Excellent apartment, modern, spacious, clean and super equipped. Harald and Heidi were very attentive and promptly helped with what I needed. They also left several tips and guidelines on what to do and find nearby. It is close to everything, supermarkets, transportation, restaurants and commerce. It has a great location in the Historic Center. I spent 9 days very well accommodated, which made me feel at home. I appreciate the hospitality. And I recommend it for sure!

In the apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a pleasantly quiet apartment building, we felt very comfortable. It is very well equipped and has a wonderful huge balcony facing the garden, including comfortable furniture and an awning. We also greatly appreciated the private parking space on the ground floor under the house. The apartment is located in the Lend district near the Mur and within walking distance of the beautiful Lendplatz, where a farmers' market takes place every day except Sundays and you can sit comfortably until late in the evening. The city center and the Schlossberg with its numerous wonderful sights can be easily reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We would very much like to come back to Graz and enjoy the advantages of this apartment.
