Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Leptokarya

Όμορφο, καθαρό και με επαρκείς χώρους για τρία ζευγάρια. Επισκευθήκαμε σε περίοδο που δεν χρειάζονταν ούτε κλιματισμός, ούτε θέρμανση, οπότε δεν μπορώ να σχολιάσω σχετικά. Ίσως το μόνο αρνητικό μιας γενικά πολύ καλής εμπειρίας ήταν η απουσία κάποιων ειδών μπάνιου (σαμπουάν, αφροντουζ), κάτι που μας ανάγκασε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το προϊόν ενός dispenser (πιθανώς απορρυπαντικό χεριών...) Σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο, αν και προτιμήσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε αυτοκίνητο όλες τις μέρες. Συμπερασματικά, μάλλον θα το επέλεγα ξανά αν επισκεπτόμουν το Λιτόχωρο με μεγάλη παρέα.

Ήσυχη τοποθεσία καθαρό διαμέρισμα,πολύ εξυπηρετική η Ελένη ως προσωπικό ότι χρειάστηκαμε ήταν δίπλα μας κ πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολλά πάρκινγκ στη περίμετρο του σπιτιού. Πολύ τακτοποιημένος χώρος και πολύ εξοπλισμένος. Το σπίτι παρείχε τα πάντα!! Καθαρό και όμορφο. Εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Katharina was a very good host, friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was small but nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, very central, so we could easily reach everything. Overall, we were very happy 🙂.

Fanis’ apartment is exceptional. Located in a quiet area, it’s just a short walk from the sea and the main street of Nea Michaniona, where you can find various tavernas, restaurants, and small shops. The house has been carefully renovated, it’s spacious, has a lovely terrace, and is spotlessly clean. Everything you might need for your stay is provided: I think it was one of the best-equipped apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Fanis is a friendly and kind host. Not only did he welcome us in person, but he also left everything needed for coffee, some snacks, and refreshments in the fridge. The apartment is perfect for remote work, as a base to explore the surrounding areas, and perfect for kite surfing lovers, since it’s just a few kilometers from Angelochori/Riviera Beach Bar, where thermal wind picks up every afternoon. We highly recommend Fanis’ place to anyone looking for a home-like stay in a part of Greece that’s perfect for tranquil, relaxing holidays.

Einfach nur WOW!! Wenn man auf der Suche nach einer spektakulären Wohnung und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin ist, dann ist man dort genau richtig!! Ich habe keine Worte für die Qualitäten von Tina als Gastgeberin!! Und von der Unterkunft ganz zu schweigen.. einfach toll dieser Ausblick!!

Къщата на Иван е прясно реновирана и много добре направена, с просторни бани и тераси, мрежи на всички прозорци и климатици за големите стаи. Интернет е стабилен и нормален, за разлика от много други места, където сме били (нормална интернет линия, а не някакъв рутър със сим-карта и почти несъществуващ обем данни). Дворът е чудесен, с голямо барбекю и лампи. За съжаление имаше общинска забрана за ползване на барбекю на въглища, но домакинът се беше своевременно погрижил за електрическа скара, за което много благодарим! Паркирането също беше много удобно на големия двор. При всички случай сме много доволни и с удоволствие ще повторим!

Sheila's House was perfect for us, very clean , secure, peaceful and private. It is well equipped and has much needed air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and sitting room. There is ample outdoor space and secure parking. Outdoor seating provides a great view of Thessaloniki and the house is in a great location for reaching the airport. It's located not too far from the local town where there are numerous restaurants and a nice walk beside the beach. Sheila is a fantastic host- very responsive, friendly and with lots of recommendations for places to go, restaurants etc. She lives nearby and is available if needed, this also makes for easy check in and out. We had a lovely, peaceful time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks Sheila, hopefully we'll meet again!

Alles war absolut brillant!! Das Haus ist unglaublich schön, hat eine schöne Lage und alles, was du benötigst. Es ist alles picobello sauber im Haus. Bequemer und ein großes Bett. The host-m-r Anastasios is the nicest person I've ever met. The house is amazing. Everything that someone needs is there. Super clean, exceptional amenities. We were three people and to us was perfect. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beach is located 10 minutes by car. I truly love this place I and would like to spend more and more vacations there. Thank you very much for everything m-r Anastasios!

Loved our stay at Serene, especially our kids loved it more. The pool was so unique giving the idea of an aquarium. The house is nice, spacious has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, A/c in every room. Located very close to the beach, walkable distance. Would love to come back in the future :)

Φιλόξενοι, φιλότιμοι και ευγενικοί. Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες και εξίσου άψογο το σπίτι !!

A wonderful stay all around. Maria was a great host also. The pictures on the listing don't actuall do justice to the view or the house. It is better in person! We arrived and meet up with Maria as agreed, she offered lots of help for things to do, and spots to hit. Prior to arrival, I had also sent her many questions, all of which she answered. All of her responses at arrival, and prior, were representative of reality and useful. The villa is off the beaten path, as listed. You need a car for sure, there is one village to the immediate south, maybe 3 mins away by car where you can find everything you need. The bakery is a must hit...there is always a line up, easy to find. Katsouro restaurant right near the house is also a must hit, as recommended by our host. If you are looking for a local experience, this is the place to go. This is off the beaten path for sure. 40mins from Thessaloniki which has everything a large urban center can provide, and about 40 mins also from Mount Olympus, which is spectular in more ways than one. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was great, the villa met our expectations. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Yannis was extremely friendly and helpful.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

Dit was de beste ervaring die we ooit hebben gehad op Airbnb! Zowel het logement als de host waren absoluut fantastisch. Het huisje is erg nieuw en heeft alles wat je maar kunt wensen. De douche heeft een hoge druk stand en is relaxerend, de ruimte is erg gezellig ingericht en de TV is magnifiek en van hoge kwaliteit. Bovendien is de locatie ook buiten de grote drukte van het centrum van Peraia en ligt er een gezellig strandje net voor de deur. Het verblijf heeft er een topvakantie van gemaakt voor mij en mijn vriendin. Vasiliki was super behulpzaam en heeft ons top suggesties gegeven. We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen! :)

Die Wohnung in Paralia war sehr schön, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Man ist mit dieser Wohnung nicht direkt im Trubel aber man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an der Promenade mit Geschäften und Tavernen. Parkplatz für unser Auto war auch immer auf der Straße gegeben. Paralia selber ist ein sehr lebhafter Ort mit weiten Stränden, vielen Touristenangeboten und internationalen Besuchern. Wer mit einem Auto flexibel ist, dem stehen diverse Ausflugsziele frei und kann die schöne Region erkunden. Bei Fragen und Wünschen war Tobias immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell reagiert.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It’s very spacious, cozy, and really, really clean. You have everything you need – the kitchen is very well equipped, with all possible amenities. There are 2 bathrooms which is very convenient when you have kids 😊 There were also a washing, and a dryer machines. The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful view. Aristidis is a nice and very helpful host. He gave us very useful information about the supermarkets, best restaurants, and bakery in the area. Also, he responded very fast to all our questions. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car. It’s not crowded, with fine sand and crystal water.

Wurden bei Ankunft sehr nett vom Schwiegervater auf Deutsch begrüßt. Dieser zeigte uns die Wohnung und war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

We had a wonderful time in this spotless clean apartment. It is perfect for families, spacious, with all necessities, and free parking for two cars onsite. Location is ideal - 2-minutes walking distance to the beach street with all the bars and taverns. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely come again.
