Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Les Allues

We have, once again, had an excellent stay at Le Petit Nid. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the region. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

Great functional apartment and particularly clean, it is very appreciable. The host is responsive and attentive. I would recommend it 100%

The chalet was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible view from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each room is really a plus, especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful furnishings and artwork made the apartment feel relaxed as well as functional. Very well placed for main ski lifts both within Mottaret and those giving access to Val Thorens and Courchevel, and great little supermarket v close by with lots of fresh food. We had a great time skiing throughout the 3 valleys in our 4 days.

Annabelle’s apartment was absolutely perfect for me, my wife and five year old. Easy walk to the slopes, right next to the restaurants and bars and a beautiful view from the south facing terrace. Would definitely come again and would be more than happy to add our 18m old as well, more than enough space. Thanks Annabelle

Great little flat with everything you might need. Be mindful though that the pedestrian path to go down to the village is currently closed until mid summer. The only option is to drive at the moment.

Beautiful apartment, close to the slopes, extremely clean

We really enjoyed Charles' apartment. It was a little difficult to locate it because the maps circle two different apartment buildings, but a phone call to Charles cleared it up right away. The apartment is truly "ski-in", and almost "ski-out" (you just have to walk up a short snowy hill to get to the ski run). The apartment is small but fine for two people. The kitchen was adequate, and all of the necessary cooking and eating implements were provided. The arrival and departure instructions were very clear. The location is great ("Le Hameau") , and even better than we anticipated. There is a grocery store near the place, there are a number of bars and restaurants, and it is easy to get down into the center of Mottaret with the free gondola that runs from the Odalys club. And the last bus stop in Mottaret is also a short walk from the apartment, which means that it is also the first bus stop for outgoing buses, so no problem getting a good seat. Highly recommended!

Great location. Amazing view! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Easy walk to the village and waterfront. Fun restaurants to walk to. Great hiking and biking in the area.

Great stay and highly recommend.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊

We spent 3 days in Marilyne's accommodation, where everything is well thought out so that we can have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I recommend this accommodation for its location, cleanliness and view of Lake Annecy.
