You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

When we came to Parc Astérix, we stayed in Siham's accommodation for 4. Matches the listing perfectly. The pool is a little extra, great. We recommend the village restaurant. Siham was responsive to our messages. Thank you so much!

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The accommodation matches the description perfectly and is very well equipped, very good hosting and tour of the accommodation, Anne Marie was very responsive and even put the heating on in advance so that everything was ready for check-in despite a late booking.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Great place to stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucies House. Very quiet residential area. Close to supermarket. It actually has three toilets, extra one at the basement. It is wonderful. Parking is good, my large suv fit in, although it is a bit of a tight fit through the gate. The house is very big with room for everyone. The kitchen is well equiped. Very close to CDG airport. Highly recommend if you stay in paris.

It is with regret that I was unable to get to the accommodation however I appreciated the very detailed information. Plus, you've been very responsive. I voluntarily give you 5 stars because I think if I could have come that's exactly the rating I would have put. As soon as I get a chance to come back to the area, I know in advance where I will stay!!

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

We checked in very late at evening which was perfect with the lockbox and headed straight to bed! We walked to the train station the next morning which was far enough with a 7 year old, it was approx 20 mins but very hot so we got the bus home which was a 3 min walk. Kids room was great, they loved the books and teddy’s , adults bed was comfy, I didn’t like the pillows but I do enjoy a comfy pillow! Maybe would suggest others take their own if they are particular! Not much in the local area to see or do, we had a little walk to the supermarket and market but that was all. The train station at Aulnay-sous-Bois has good links into the city and airport so that worked well for us Kitchen facilities were good and home from home, high spec machines, we appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher. Internet was fast and reliable.

Jordan and Leticia were very proactive, kind and helpful throughout the whole stay. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. RER B is about 10 minutes of walk from the apartment so getting to the inner city is fairly easy. Recommended!

We used Aide's accommodation for 3 days and traveled as a family to Disneyland and the city. We all felt very comfortable and Aide took great care of us and gave us some tips. We were able to park our car in the street and you could easily reach the train and a supermarket in just under 10 minutes on foot. We particularly liked the garden in the apartment, which we liked to use for breakfast and in the evening in the best weather. We will be happy to come back.

I had an excellent experience! The host was very kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The place was clean, well-maintained, and just like in the pictures. We felt very welcomed and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well kept, and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Perfect place for a couple and we were able to cook some of our meals at the place!
