Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

The house has a magnificent terrace with unbelievable views over the sea, cathedral and mountains. The beach is a minutes walk. A three-storey, 2300-square-foot house on a quiet street just off the esplanade and town beach, it was built in the nineteenth century and belonged to my mother, whose family comes from this area. My husband and I, both Barcelona-based architects, have given it a thoroughly modern and loving renovation.
