We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home, Jordi was incredibly helpful and friendly making us feel welcome. The house is set in the most stunning location, surrounded by peaceful woodlands and a huge garden with a lovely large pool — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. One of the highlights for us was spotting the striking Hoopoe flying through the garden. The house itself is spacious, airy, and thoughtfully designed, blending beautifully with the local surroundings. It’s ideal for two families, with two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and two more bedrooms upstairs that sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. We also loved the large games room & outdoor table tennis, which kept everyone entertained. Jordi provided great restaurant recommendations, and we enjoyed exploring some incredible spots in Girona. But honestly, most evenings we were more than happy dining on the outdoor using the large brick-built BBQ and soaking up the peaceful atmostphere

Diana is a great host! She and her couple received us super well, they were always available to help us since they live above the house. The house is amazing and the pool great also! The house is in the middle of a beautiful Forest where we had the chance to see animals like deers and wild boars! Amazing place 💕

Clara and Gerard place was amazing, few days away in beautiful surrounding's it was a perfect holiday for me! Property well secured, and my two German shepherd's dogs could run free. Cosy bedrooms and comfortable beds, I haven't slept that well in weeks ! Great local restaurant Mas el Pi.

If you are looking for a place with loads of medieval charm from top to bottom, you've found it. Tucked into a small walking village and well appointed, Esther's beautiful home is a luxury escape within five minutes drive to the larger town of La Bisbal. It's perfectly located for cycling holidays or just to explore the region. If you are a light sleeper, remember to bring a good pair of earplugs as with many places in Spain, the church bell (right next to the home) chimes every quarter hour and on the hour 24-hours a day.

A perfect getaway to a rural paradise Our stay in this house was simply wonderful. The place is spectacular, with breathtaking views of the countryside that invite you to relax and disconnect. The gardens are lovingly cared for, and the jacuzzi is the perfect touch to relax at the end of the day. The house is tastefully decorated, combining style and warmth, and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The temperature was always very pleasant, without the need for air conditioning or heating, which is also appreciated. Yolanda and Joan were exceptional hosts: attentive, kind and always willing to help. They are a lovely couple who made us feel at home from the first moment. We enjoyed a lot of tranquility and intimacy, just what we were looking for. It's definitely a place we'd love to return to. Totally recommendable!

A place you need to go

We went to spend a weekend, 2 families with kids, and we would repeat without any doubt. Anna and Albert are a 10. They contacted us before we arrived at the Masoveria to arrange what we needed. Upon arrival, they were very attentive and kind, explaining the entire operation of the house and advising us on what to do and visit in the area. Always ready to help us! As for the Masoveria, it corresponds 100% with the photos and description. A super quiet place with a lot of charm, with everything you need to spend a few days of disconnection and entertainment for the little ones. The place more than met all our expectations and we will certainly repeat as soon as we can!

We spent a few days with friends in one place. We have no complaints. Everything was great. We would highly recommend it.

The desire to keep this little corner of paradise to oneself, and at the same time, be just as kind as Neus. As a yoga teacher, I organized a workshop in this heavenly place. Upon arrival, we were captivated... yes, that's the word... by this secluded property, while being 5 minutes by car from the center of Angles, where you will find a supermarket and other shops. My yogis told me: You found us, a real gem... We stayed there for 4 days and didn't want to go anywhere else because we were so happy there. A small, beautifully decorated, two-story dollhouse. Inside, it was a little tight for 6 people to eat, but the sun allowed us to have our meals in various corners of the park, depending on the time of day. Neus, rents out extra rooms, in her beautiful house next door, if needed. Flowers, birds, calm, the space, a swimming pool. Neus is also adorable. Great bedding, super clean. We came as 7 adults and 1 child for a weekend. It's a beautiful old house with all the comforts. The pool is ideal, the garden is a haven of peace and Dolors welcomed us with a smile! Everything was perfect!

Had a lovely week in this fisherman’s cottage. Just big enough for the 3 of us, well-equipped and clean. Decent beds, good sheets & towels. It’s an attractive place nicely done. Highlights were the very close access to sea and beaches nearby, the outside table and shower, and the air conditioning - very necessary with 30+ degree weather all week! Fornells is a real gem, such a beautiful village with multiple beautiful places to jump in the sea, and we went nearly every day to the little bar in the harbour for an aperitif. Nearby Begur also highly recommended. Practically, you can drive a car (just) to the house to unload & load luggage, but you’ll need to park it in the Platja Fonda car park 5 mins or so away for €3 per day. I paid in one go and the parking guy gave me a ticket for 7 days, so we went in & out a few times for shopping etc.

We’ve enjoyed Can Pau a lot. It was a very nicely decorated house, and very spacious. The surroundings are beautiful and extremely peaceful and quiet. You have a lot of privacy. We could park the car in front of the house, and we were able to charge our electric car through an outlet, excellent!

We had a lovely stay! The accommodation is clean and we felt very much at home there. Only downside we found was the limited size of the living room. But no other negative point, definitely recommended and we would love to come back.

Really beautiful accommodation, beautiful materials, clean and in accordance with the descriptions. The view is magnificent. Thank you for your welcome, availability and flexibility in terms of schedules. Bed linen provided but no duvet cover, and everything was wrinkled, it's a detail but still. Also, it would have been nice to have a hair dryer. Quiet environment, residential neighborhood but not much accessible on foot because of the many hills.

Authentic historic house full of charming corners. Ideal for resting and enjoying the silence of a village in the middle of the Empordà!

The house is just like the photos, it has all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay. All rooms have air conditioning and the downstairs room is ideal for socializing without disturbing those who want to sleep downstairs. The neighbors are very friendly and nearby you can take the opportunity to walk to the castle or approach the pools and take a bath. Very good communication with Jordi throughout the stay.

We had a great time. The house matched the photos. Very good bedding, great pool and pool. I recommend it. Small downside for the presence of many flies and the smell of the surrounding cows.

Fantastic place! We spent 5 days in this nice place with very friendly people as owner, Toni and Salut. They welcomed us and took the time to advise and explain things. Our 3-year-old son was affected because there happened to be Dutch neighbors with 2 kids of the same age. The garden and swimming pool offered a lot of entertainment. That also gave us as parents the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings. The beach and various villages/cities are accessible, such as Girona, Besalú and the beach in Roses. During the night, various songbirds were active and also an owl. The owl's sound sounded like a kind of alarm. The smell of the nearby stable was not too bad, occasionally the smell was a bit stronger. Thanks Salut and Toni for the hospitality!

We were super happy in the Studies of Oix. Mercè is an excellent host - very responsive and always willing to help when we needed her. The place is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The environment is idyllic, surrounded by nature and perfect for disconnecting. We felt right at home and would definitely go back!
