Stayed very well, the accommodation is located right next to the beach, ideal also for long walks all along. There is a lift which is appreciated when you are charged and the air conditioning is also too hot if it is too hot. Balcony well located in relation to the sun with sea view. As for the port and restaurants/shops, they are easily accessible by foot in a little 15 minutes if not parking just next door. Gérard was very welcoming, responsive and flexible on schedules, thank you very much.

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

The accommodation is great, it totally meets the needs we had for the Pentecost weekend, peaceful and pleasant. The best of the best, the cherry on the cake, is this large terrace that allows you to enjoy the setting, the sun and the sea view. I would recommend this place for your vacation.

The accommodation is quiet, well-equipped, and offers a very nice view of the port, which is particularly pleasant. We also really appreciated the dedicated parking space in the residence's secure parking, a real plus to enjoy the stay peacefully. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the presence of a bathroom as well as a shower room in one of the bedrooms was really convenient and appreciable. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with beautiful volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to gruissan, we will not hesitate to return to your apartment.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

The apartment was super well appointed and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the low season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea view is amazing. I spent a whole week in Jean Paul's accommodation. Everything about it is excellent The studio is well laid out and very clean. A small oasis of peace. Jean Paul is a beautiful, very discreet person with whom it is pleasant to chat. I highly recommend this studio to people wishing to rest and have a pleasant time away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts of the region. We had a great time in Leucate-Plage. The place was as described, clean, well-equipped (and even beyond our expectations), and comfortable. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach, which is perfect for enjoying the seaside. The host was very responsive, the instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. A little more that we particularly appreciated: access to tennis classes nearby. I highly recommend this listing

Very nice apartment, in a quiet residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, very well equipped. 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Self check-in and very clear instructions to access the accommodation.

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

We are very happy with our stay in Gruissan. The center is very nice, the walk to the beach of the Chalets and along the sea is very invigorating. The harbor and its restaurants are very attractive. The proximity to Narbonne is a plus. And in addition we were entitled to a sunny stay. Thanks Virginia, Jean-Louis & Chantal

My daughter and I had a pleasant stay at Laura and Romain's, who are two hosts who take great care of their "tenants"! The accommodation is very well located, great!!! Too bad for the pool because it wasn't the season yet :(
