We had a great week with the family in this well-equipped little house and located in a very quiet and charming gated private residence. The house was very clean when we arrived and met all of our expectations. Eve was very welcoming, accommodating and available. The house is also very well placed to discover the region, the sea is a few kms away, the Cathar castles and the Pyrenees very accessible, Spain is only an hour away. This residence is also ideal for children who can move on foot or by bike safely on foot or by bike since there is no road, as cars are parked in car parks at the entrance. If the opportunity arises, we'll happily return to Port Fitou.

A stay full of charm in a unique place that brings calm and proximity. Nothing is missing for a very pleasant stay... even the weather was nice for a month of January. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

Jean Michel was very understanding, which allowed us to arrive at a time suitable for our baby. Large living space and well-oriented terrace to avoid suffering from the heat. The air conditioning is really an asset. Nice little walks in the surroundings. Jean Michel took the time to welcome us and advise us.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation is a little gem: very nice location with the beach and the sea as far as the eye can see, the apartment corresponds exactly to the description and is in an impeccable condition both in terms of finishes and cleanliness. It is tastefully arranged and is very functional. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant stay by the sea in Port la Nouvelle.

Functional accommodation, well-equipped, very clean, pleasant terrace, close to the port and all shops. we enjoyed the flexible arrival with the secure box and the equally flexible departure (thank you for giving us a little more time on the day of departure). We did not meet the owners but they were very responsive by messages. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay and recommend this accommodation without hesitation. 😊

Passing through the region, we (a couple) spent a night in Gerard's accommodation. Very nice and clean accommodation, the freshness in the bedroom was very appreciable! Its great plus, its location in the small village of Bages. What a beautiful discovery. An address to remember and come back to!

We came to enjoy the tramontane for funboarding, nature and calm for rest. It was perfect for that! We were not far from the navigation spots and it was very comfortable for rest and relaxation. Secure access allowed us to leave the car loaded with equipment without worry. And the host was super accommodating despite our last-minute reservation. Thank you!

Cedric was very kind and attentive in order to organize our stay. The place met our expectations. We felt very comfortable there. May, the host, with a kindness that warms the heart. Local shops within walking distance, and various activities quickly accessible by car. Stay too short to be able to do everything. The wind was part of the experience, happy to have been able to enjoy the two balconies of the accommodation and its comfortable sofa! Patrick’s apt. is conveniently located to go to visit the cathedral, restaurants/cafe, the famous market, view of the canal which is across the street. The thing I liked most is how bright and airy it is, lots of big windows. It felt homey. Also, the gare SNCF is walking distance if you want to sit it nearby towns. Patrick is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions or issues. I will stay in his apt. again next time I visit Narbonne. Thank you, Patrick!

Great stay. Very kind and helpful host, always attentive and very responsive. Small house very well equipped, the best part is the pool and the snack bar is a bit like camping but better with the view of the pond I recommend Corinne and the accommodation

The house is in the back of the complex, on the small path of the canal. It is very nice and practically renovated, has two rooms about the same size and the attic with two sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and oven, as well as a large fridge including freezer. For us (two couples with 1 dog) it was a wonderful time, very relaxing! The surroundings are a dream, we often went hiking or cycling. The sea is nice and close and this year we got to know the small natural paradise "Petit Dosse", very close by. Cecile is very friendly, likeable, well organized and accommodating - the handover of the apartment and communication with her was very straightforward and pleasant! We would love to vacation again in this Mas!

Superb Mas located on the fishermen's island and very well equipped. The location is perfect, right next to the restaurant and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The cottage is perfectly positioned with a lovely view over the nearby lake. The accommodation is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful place.

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!

Cottage in a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. Large terrace without neighbors opposite, the other cottages being at a good distance and nice contact with the neighbors. Well-equipped apartment, air conditioning is a real plus when it's 35 degrees... Pleasant indoor pool where we could swim alone. A good base for visiting the region, enjoy the pleasant village of Homps (2-hour barge ride on the Canal du Midi with the company Croisières du Midi, very good)

Fabulous stay in an exceptional site in the middle of the mountains. We spent the weekend there for our wedding, I recommend this great house!
