We had a great week with the family in this well-equipped little house and located in a very quiet and charming gated private residence. The house was very clean when we arrived and met all of our expectations. Eve was very welcoming, accommodating and available. The house is also very well placed to discover the region, the sea is a few kms away, the Cathar castles and the Pyrenees very accessible, Spain is only an hour away. This residence is also ideal for children who can move on foot or by bike safely on foot or by bike since there is no road, as cars are parked in car parks at the entrance. If the opportunity arises, we'll happily return to Port Fitou.

A stay full of charm in a unique place that brings calm and proximity. Nothing is missing for a very pleasant stay... even the weather was nice for a month of January. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

Jean Michel was very understanding, which allowed us to arrive at a time suitable for our baby. Large living space and well-oriented terrace to avoid suffering from the heat. The air conditioning is really an asset. Nice little walks in the surroundings. Jean Michel took the time to welcome us and advise us.

Very good stay at Carole's, very nice house, well decorated and arranged. The pool is very beautiful with a beautiful garden. The house is located in a village like a fishing village, we were able to walk around the cute little village and close to the seaside. Very quiet and pleasant stay. Carole is a very kind and responsive host. We would recommend this listing.

We spent 3 days in the house very August, it is cozy and the kitchen super equipped, you find yourself at home! from the window you see the lagoon, that there is a quiet walk to walk around. Good location to Noel's Villa which is a 5min drive away. Narbonne at 45min, visit the castle, cathedral and market. Anne is very friendly and thoughtful, lovely! thank you for everything

Great place, clean apartment and communal areas. Very safe and secure. So close to the beach which is clean and sandy. Great restaurants nearby. We hired bikes and explored the area, great bike paths. Parking was secure and easy to find. Beatrice was so kind and helpful, meeting us at the entrance and being flexible with check in. She was on hand when we had any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. Highly recommended apartment, the location was great a few meters from the sea but also close to restaurants and downtown, the house was well stocked with pillows and dishwasher products and condiments, very comfortable sofa with parking

Eve is responsive, the accommodation is very well-located, in a quiet place and as described.

Patrick’s apt. is conveniently located to go to visit the cathedral, restaurants/cafe, the famous market, view of the canal which is across the street. The thing I liked most is how bright and airy it is, lots of big windows. It felt homey. Also, the gare SNCF is walking distance if you want to sit it nearby towns. Patrick is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions or issues. I will stay in his apt. again next time I visit Narbonne. Thank you, Patrick!

Pleasant and unforgettable stay. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The beach is within walking distance and many small shops and restaurants are nearby. The environment is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Marie and Arnaud for their hospitality 😊

The house is in the back of the complex, on the small path of the canal. It is very nice and practically renovated, has two rooms about the same size and the attic with two sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and oven, as well as a large fridge including freezer. For us (two couples with 1 dog) it was a wonderful time, very relaxing! The surroundings are a dream, we often went hiking or cycling. The sea is nice and close and this year we got to know the small natural paradise "Petit Dosse", very close by. Cecile is very friendly, likeable, well organized and accommodating - the handover of the apartment and communication with her was very straightforward and pleasant! We would love to vacation again in this Mas!

Superb Mas located on the fishermen's island and very well equipped. The location is perfect, right next to the restaurant and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The cottage is perfectly positioned with a lovely view over the nearby lake. The accommodation is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful place.

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!

Cottage in a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. Large terrace without neighbors opposite, the other cottages being at a good distance and nice contact with the neighbors. Well-equipped apartment, air conditioning is a real plus when it's 35 degrees... Pleasant indoor pool where we could swim alone. A good base for visiting the region, enjoy the pleasant village of Homps (2-hour barge ride on the Canal du Midi with the company Croisières du Midi, very good)

Julie's house is spotless, fully equipped and completely corresponds to the photo presentation. Check in is easy and contact with Julie is very adequate. You will always receive a response within an hour. It is a real village house; after a five-minute walk you drink your morning coffee and eat your treat from the bakery on a cosy, lively terrace in the centre. Heartily recommended, this house.
