Beautiful decor, comfy couch, convenient keyless entry, very clean kitchen & bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, nice television for streaming our favorite shows, nice walk to downtown restaurants, shops & parks. Great location for visiting Delaware beaches.

Great stay, location is very convenient and bike-able to all of Lewes. Bedrooms are located down a short flight of stairs separating them from living space. Seems like it was recently renovated so everything feels new. Would recommend and stay again.

I have returned to Mary’s Suite Multiple times. Always pristine, great location, Walking distance to wonderful restaurants And shopping And activities. Will return again and again. Highly recommend .

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

Great stay! Everything was great: clean, cute, well-stocked, private, quiet, lots of thoughtful details, nice looking, a good location for biking/walking into town and a responsive host. When I return to Milton, I will definitely check to see if this place is available.

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

As my review indicates, they were very responsive. Any issues I had were minimal, but I still mentioned them upon checkout, and the response was very kind and you can tell he wants guests to be comfortable and have everything that they need and the space be clean. Everything is decorated wonderfully. I would definitely stay again in this or one of his other properties

My wife and I were looking for a Valentine’s weekend getaway from D.C. and this place did not disappoint! The house itself is spacious, clean and has great amenities. My favorite aspect is how close it is to the Lewes-Georgetown Trail, which afforded us hours of great walks and finds along the way. It’s also a short drive from downtown and the beach. We brought our well-behaved dog and the hosts were very accommodating. Speaking of the hosts, they were all around great – everything was already thought of, and if I ever had a question, I received an answer in a minute or two. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with grandma, two grandsons (12 and 9) and uncle and mom. Space was clean, smelled lovely and was the perfect size for us. The extra amenities of kids toys, games, bikes and boogie boards was perfect for our beach vacation. We were especially impressed by the quality of the bikes and beach equipment. Bikes were great for a quick 10 minute ride into town for coffee, dinner, ice cream etc. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

Wow, what a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we picked a winner. The accuracy of the listing was spot on, the photos truly captured the home’s lovely layout. All advertised amenities were not only present but also in perfect working order. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the spaciousness of the house, and how impeccably clean and well maintained everything was. The master bathroom, in particular, was a highlight! The location was convenient, and we loved the safe, pleasant neighborhood vibe, and having the pool and biking trail just a short walk away was a bonus! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’d definitely rent again!

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

Let's see...if Martha Stewart had a rental cottage, it would look just like Lisa and Jay's carriage house. Everything from the splendid charcuterie board and Prosecco on ice that awaited us upon our arrival to the beautifully designed cottage and wonderful gardens helped create an amazing vacation that we will not forget anytime soon. Jay and Lisa truly paid attention to every detail right down to the perfectly placed English antiques, fresh cut flowers and towels so thick you could drown in them. Nothing was missing and their hospitality made you feel right at home. We had smiles on our face the entire time! This is now my new Happy place. The gold standard by which every rental will be judged....perfect hosts, perfect place..like I said...Martha Stewart. Thank you Lisa and Jay for making our stay a wonderful experience!! We loved our stay here! The aparment was very clean. It’s located in the perfect location, it’s close to everything you could possibly want to do in Rehoboth. The street is peaceful and close to lots of restauraunts and shops within a couple minutes walk. Amanda was quick to communicate with us and told us everything we needed to know.

Florian's place in Rehoboth was great. Pictures perfectly show the apartment. Spotlessly clean! Although it is not in town, the place is close to the outlets, grocery stores and restaurants, and is a short drive to town and the beach. The unit is really comfortable, and has all the kitchen amenities one needs for a stay there. The grounds of the condo are really nice - surrounded by woods, and it is very quiet. Would definitely recommend it!

Fil & Rich were incredibly responsive and proactive! The place was excellently kept and was as described and showed in photos. The location is right off the main road, but far enough in that that there was barely any road/noise pollution. It was a lovely stay overall and would absolutely stay here again or at any Fil & Rich AirB&B!

The condo was easy to find and easily accessible!! The location is a short drive from the beach and very quiet!! We loved that the balcony was enclosed by a screen to help minimize the bugs and heat; There were plenty of utensils and cookware to assist you with cooking during your stay. Overall, Our stay was enjoyable and We would recommend this booking to our friends and family. We look forward to booking again!!

I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb — one of the best I’ve ever booked! The space was super clean, well-organized, and felt really welcoming from the moment I arrived.
