Beautiful Airbnb right at Lake Como. Spent two nights there with three friends and enjoyed every moment. Especially the terrace/balcony is truly amazing! We‘d definitely come back and recommend it to the fullest! Keep in mind, that the parking situation can be a little bit tricky due the small village the apartment is located in (parking lot not always available in front of the apartment —> Sometimes you have to park 5-10 min away). But just a minor thing that doesn’t diminish the experience at all, just a heads-up.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Juwel am Comer See- große Empfehlung sowohl die Lage ist sehr gut, als auch das Appartement an sich. Der Garten lädt zum Sonnen ein alles ist gepflegt, privat, einladend und der schönste Ausblick bietet der eigene Balkon. Alles war sehr sauber und man hat in der Küche alle benötigten Utensilien :) die Kommunikation war super leicht und wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen !

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

This apartment is a real gem. The view is breathtaking, from every balcony :) There is literally everything you need in the apartment. Coffee maker, capsules, coffee, tea, sugar even olive oil. And the eggs from the chicken and duck were a revelation. This place is so incredibly peaceful that we will definitely recommend it to everyone. The host is a wonderful person who helped us book dinners at the Aurora restaurant and what's best is always in the first line from the lake. The food in this restaurant is poetry

Très beau logement refait à neuf, très bien équipé, idéalement place à 3 mn de la plage , 10mn de l'embarcadère et a côté de la station de bus C30. Bar, gelateria, restaurants et supérettes à proximité. Lezzeno à qu rester un village authentique, à l'abri du tourisme de masse. Notre hôte est tres accueillante et accomodante. Seul bémol: la maison donne sur une route assez fréquentée et il faut fermer les fenêtres pour dormir.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und die Lage einfach großartig. Der Blick auf den See ist ein absolutes Highlight. Der Pool im Garten ist ein weiteres Highlight. Der Check in lief sehr unproblematisch alles in einem eine top Unterkunft welche ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Wir kommen wieder.

Zeer schoon. Inchecken zonder contact maar wel gemakkelijk en via de chat fijne communicatie. Wij waren op doorreis en pizzaria is het gebouw er langs en de supermarkt 4 min lopen. Gebouw is aan een wat drukkere weg maar dat is prima

We had a wonderful stay, everything just as described. Bonus it’s on the main level and one of the first homes up that street (lots of walking and hills in general in bellagio so it was nice to reach our stay a little easier then some ;) there were a couple occasions other tourists were walking with us and would comment “oh wish we lived here or were already here” as they had much farther walks from town

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. Super Aussicht auf den See, saubere Wohnung. Mit Auto ist auch prima die Umgebung zu erkunden! Ohne eher schwierig, da der Ort leider nicht wirklich fußläufg ist. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub dort!

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen Paola oli täydellinen emäntä. Haimme siskoni kanssa rauhaa ja rentoutumista ja sitä todella saimme istuessamme asunnon parvekkeella, vehreyden ja kauneuden ympäröimänä, taianomaisesta ilta- auringosta nauttien. Alueella on paljon katsottavaa ja koettavaa. Palasimme kotiin rentoutuneina, ihanat muistot mukanamme.

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Tremezzo. It’s a beautiful location with stunning lake views and right next to GHT. Our host Irina was very helpful with the check in process and gave us very good recommendations. We would love to come back again.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

A MUST BOOK! We had a dream of a stay in Fiona’s Tremezzo apartment. Fiona is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb, she was responsive, gave copious recommendations (all of which were fantastic) and make our check in and check out incredibly easy. The location is perfect to get to all the hot spots of Lake Como. We are avid walkers and walked daily to the Ferry (20/25 minute walk) but there are many ways to park close by. We went to La Darsena (beautiful views of the lake and decent price) & a gorgeous family restaurant named Antica Trattoria del Risorgimento. Both of these are recommended by Fiona. We also rented a boat at the local boat company that Fiona recommended. The apartment is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. My partner proposed to me on the balcony before the boat trip so this Airbnb will always have a special place in our hearts. The pool area is also lovely - especially on a hot day after sightseeing! Please book! You won’t regret it.
