Prende il nome dal murales dell'artista Ericailcane realizzato su una delle sue facciate nel 2020, ispirato al romanzo "Utopia" di Thomas More. La Casa è un ampio open-space su due piani, con un piccolo giardino in cui è possibile rilassarsi nella più totale privacy, pur essendo in pieno centro storico.
