We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

Beautiful condo in magical north shore Kauai! Our location in Princeville was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, multiple beaches and Queen’s Bath! You can also arrange to be picked up for a shuttle at the Princeville Golf course (10 minute walk) to go to Hā’ena State Park for the dreaded (and beautiful) Kalalau hike! You need to make a reservation 30 days in advance. The Princeville Plantation offers a lovely pool and BBQ area. The condo itself is very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels are nice and new! Eric was a great guy to work with and provided a ton of info about the area. Highly recommend staying here.

This place was awesome! Having a kitchen saved us so much money on the island (as things are pretty expensive and eating out can eat up cash quick!). The Cliffs resort was amazing as well. The pool was super nice to have, the staff were kind and helpful, and there was a super nice area at which to sit and view the ocean. Overall we had a great time and would recommended this place to anyone!

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

Loved this little spot! Only downside is the parking deal but that’s Hawaii for you.

My family throughly enjoyed staying at Clelia’s condo. It was such a great space for young kids (3 & 5 yrs old) with access to the lawn right outside the patio. The beach was walkable but not too close that we were not worried about water safety. There were tons of water toys on the patio and sand toys in the hall closet. The space itself was ideal. My kids slept on the pull out couch in the living room and my husband and I had the master bedroom. We cooked in the kitchen, ate in the dining space, ate on the patio, and felt we had all the supplies that we needed to cook which was wonderful. The location of the resort is ideal. This is our third visit to Kauai and our second time in Poipu. We will not stay anywhere else in the future. The plantation property is absolutely stunning with access to the beach. The access to the resort club and pool is great amenity. The walkability to some great restaurants is so nice! Ultimately, a beautiful space that we hope to return to!

Shaun was a super friendly and proactive host. His place had everything we needed to entertain and care for our little one on her first big trip, which made life easy for mom and dad. We love the Kiahuna Plantation and highly recommend units like Shaun's on the backside of the property for privacy and peace, while still having easy access to all of the amenities. We look forward to our next trip!

Close to our ohana’s home and beautiful area to walk around. Ground floor was perfect for us and would stay here again.

Our grandson and his wife stayed in this Princeville condo for their honeymoon. They said their stay was amazing! The condo was just what they wanted and expected from the listing. There was everything they needed for their day trips to the beach or for hiking. The front desk was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Absolute paradise! The house had everything our family needed, beautiful views and the air conditioning was much appreciated on the hot days. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to great restaurants, a beautiful beach, and access to the athletic club across the street that gave our little ones fun for hours with the resort style pool. We hope to stay here again in the future! Many thanks to Derek for his friendly and proactive communications and a great stay at this beautiful spot!

This is a very nice condo. The beach accessible from the property is excellent and a short walk from the unit. We took lessons at the Kauai surf school which is on the property. We used the athletic club, located just across the street, which has a very nice leisure pool and exercise facilities. Use of the club is included with the rental. We enjoyed going to the nearby Poipu shopping village and Shops at Kukui’ula for shopping and dinner. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen and local guidebook. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shopping and restaurants, making it super convenient to get around. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh coffee and easy self check-in. Host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Beautiful condo, in a great location. They thought of everything from extra towels to beach supplies. We could have easily spent all our time in the condo with how nice it was. Communication and instructions were great! Mahalo!

Loved, loved Bret’s place! Beautiful first floor corner condo that provided the best view of the ocean and sunset! Location was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to grass area, pool, recreation room and walking trails. There was a bbq just outside condo near grass area where you could bbq dinner while enjoying the gorgeous view! Condo was clean , organized and had all the extras we needed! There’s a closet with beach chairs, ice chest and snorkel gear which we so appreciated! Bed was very comfortable! Bret’s place is spacious and we felt right at home! Condo is close distance to several spectacular beach’s, shopping, hiking, grocery, restaurants and food trucks. Bret is friendly and great with communication! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Princeville and cannot wait to return to Bret’s place! Thank you Bret for sharing your special slice of heaven with us!

Jann is an amazing host (extremely communicative and very sweet), the home was extremely comfortable, had plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5, amenities were plenty, access was easy, and home was ready ahead of schedule. We didn’t spend much time at the resort, as we were out and about doing the things that Jann recommended were the best outings (the hikes and the ** best recommendations were fabulous), but the grounds are beautiful and our youngest enjoyed the pool and slides some! We woke up early most mornings, took a few steps away, and watched the sun rise right on the beach! The rental car was super convenient and was waiting at the airport! When I texted her about a question, she responded immediately and took action right on the spot. I recommend this place 10/10 and would love to come back and stay here again soon! Everything about our stay was wonderful.. book this place - you’ll be happy you did!!!

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

Amazing space, very nice interior, with a very cool (temperature) controlled shower. Easy and clear instructions on the Manuel. Overall a great stay!

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

Nice, clean place amidst the many in the Kiahuna Plantation resort. We appreciated the beach amenities provided, especially the chairs. Tho it is a bit of a walk to the beach, especially with gear and supplies. There was also an hour difference in both check-in time and check-out time between the listing and what the host said so be sure to message and find out which is correct and/or if it can be amended. Also, there are beach towels in the unit as of our stay in June ‘25, so I wouldn’t bother using the towel cards that come with a $25 replacement fee if not swapped back. We didn’t spot them till we used the cards and the return station is open 8-5pm, so if you’re staying out to maximize time on your last evening and flying out early you could get stuck (we had to re-plan some things). Not a big one but one less thing to worry about. Otherwise Alex was responsive and everything was as listed.

We had a fantastic stay! Anneliese made everything so easy. She provided super clear directions and it was so simple to check in/check out. She was friendly and communicated well. The location is very walkable to the nearby coffee shop, restaurants, and beaches. You can tell these hosts thought about all the little details like the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys. We really enjoyed it!

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us!
