Kid-friendly holiday rentals in L'Île-Saint-Denis

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Logement très agréable et très propre. Il y a tout le necessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Idéalement situé pour se rendre au stade de France. Les hôtes sont réactifs et agréable.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Alloggio spettacolare! Salone con 5 divani tutte vetrate vista Senna e Tour Eifell! Un luogo incantevole servito benissimo con la RER C a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ! L’appartamento ideale per 8 persone con 5 bagni ! Tutto pulitissimo, asciugamani soffici e profumati ! Cenate e poi passate la serata guardando lo skyline di Parigi e la Tour Eifell e’ stata un’esperienza indimenticabile . Veramente consigliatissimo ! Bravi Riad !

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Talals place was a nice stay for our short trip. Only a 10 minute walk to the Metro made things very easy for us.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

flat and furnitures was all good conditions, almost all of them were brand new one. you can find necessary equipment at the kitchen. so close to rer c train station, max. 5 minutes away (just pay attention to timetable for turn back at night).

Nima es un anfitrión EXCELENTE super recomendado. Desde el minuto 1 estuvo al pendiente de todo, desde que llegué al aeropuerto, se comunicó conmigo y me ayudó a trasladarme hasta su casa. Fue flexible y compresivo con los horarios de entrada y salida. A pesar de no manejar el idioma de ambos, llegamos a un punto medio en el cual nos pudimos comunicar muy bien. Atento, empatico, amable, educado, servicial y muy cercano. Su amabilidad y gentileza fue de otro mundo y me recibió con café, galletas y un par de rosas de su jardín. Vamos ¡un encantador nato! Sin duda alguna repetiré, la estadía en su casa.

This place was great!! Spent two days here for the Beyoncé concert, which was AMAZING!!! The location is perfect. Size Perfect for one person or a couple. It’s about a mile and a half to 2 miles from Stade de France. There is a mall literally across the street with a grocery store inside of it and a couple of restaurants nearby. There is no AC, but there is a fan that worked perfectly. The location is perfect just outside of the city. The host was amazing. Their response time was so fast! They even checked on me after I got back from the concert, which was late at night. They also gave me recommendations to use an app outside of Uber, which came in super clutch after the concert. I would 1000% stay here again!

Great apartment. Very close to train station into the city Accommodation is very clean modern, quiet and safe. Would recommend staying here. Loved it.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Everything we needed and didn’t know we needed was supplied. It was comfortable and felt like a home from home. The location was perfect and a short walk to a train station which gets you pretty much anywhere. The host is brilliant and went above and beyond being helpful. Recommended a full itinerary. It was a very special trip for us and Julien was instrumental in making it so.

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Mi estancia ha sido estupenda. Todo fue fácil. Me dieron todas las facilidades para acceder antes de la hora de check-in y de recibirme en el apartamento. La estancia es tranquila, segura, y de fácil acceso. Muy cercana a un centro comercial con todo lo necesario, cerca de los transportes públicos que llevan directamente a Gare du Nord y demás conexiones de metro y RER.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Logement facile d'accès et surtout coller à la gare donc très pratique pour se déplacer dans les alentours de Paris. Je recommande.

Pasamos tres noches en el piso de Emma y la experiencia fue excelente. El apartamento es amplio, muy limpio y está muy bien equipado. La cama de la habitación principal es cómoda y generosa en espacio; las literas de la segunda habitación resultaron perfectas. En la tercera estancia, donde hay una cuna, la cama es un poco justo para dos personas, pero no llegó a ser un problema grave. En cuanto a los baños, uno cuenta con aseo y ducha y el otro sólo con ducha; no es ideal si sois muchos, pero tampoco empañó nuestra comodidad. Lo que sí marcó la diferencia fue la atención de Emma: nos respondió al instante cuando tardó en llegarnos el código de acceso, se preocupó por nosotros y nos dejó bebidas y detalles que hicieron la estancia aún más agradable. Sin duda repetiría sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias, Emma!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Christelle et Smail waren sehr freundlich und wir konnten unser Gepäck sogar am Abreisetag noch länger in der Wohnung unterstellen. Es war klein, aber fein, es hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. ☺️

We stayed in this apartment for 2 months and it’s good place to live in. Neighborhood is very quiet, there is police station right next building so it’s very safe. RER C is very close ~5 min walking which is very convenient. Nearby you can carrerfur and very nice boulangerie. Apartment itself has almost everything you need to (I wish there was more pans and pots) but still, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner and all other necessary things are present. I certainly can recommend this place, especially for long stays.
