Pet-friendly holiday rentals in L'Île-Saint-Denis

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Really nice and quiet location and it was exactly the same as shown in the photos. The house is near the train stations so you can easily get to the centre of the city. Also, J.O. was amazing, the communication was quick and clear and there were drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. I recommend 😊💯

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

Accommodation as described, perfect for a couple! No worries about parking in the street. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!

Very convenient to the Paris airport. Lovely peaceful place in a beautiful garden. Sandra was very kind to let us check in a bit early which we really appreciated.

Nice and quiet place close to Paris. The train Comunication is fast and often and the house was perfect for our family (parents + three kids).

Large house, walkable distance to the trains. I found it difficult to park my 9 seater large minivan still was able to park inside the gates.

Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie-Bénédicte's! A beautiful apartment, where you will find everything you need, a pool that offers a little relaxation after the exhausting city tour and loving care by excellent hosts (always approachable, a filled refrigerator) - nothing is left to be desired. Beautiful apartment for those who love peace and quiet and proximity

Everything went great and the aparment was exactly as expected. The host was really flexible and friendly and communication was really easy with them!

Transportation is very convenient, the subway station and bus are right in front of the door.Great for a short stay in Paris.The host is very nice, responds quickly, and also provided us with luggage storage.

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Friendly, thoughtful and responsive host. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for everything and letting us for early in check in, which was convenient for sightseeing without worrying about our big luggage.

We had a lovely stay here- the rooms were beautiful and suitable for the 8 of us. The terrace and balcony looked like the pictures and were great places to enjoy views and chill. The facilities were good and there were clear instructions for access to property. Regarding the location there were lovely views from the terrace and balcony however would say we were limited for the nicer restaurants and shops. Otherwise we had a great stay and the host was very friendly and accommodating. It was worth the price.

Good spot out of the downtown area. Was super good for two guests. Sonya was very accommodating.
