Well-equipped apartment - perfect for a visit to Chemnitz. Bus stop to the city center within 3 minutes' walk. Eva is super friendly and accommodating. We had to spontaneously bring our child and that was no problem.

Amazing stay ! Sad that it was only for one night for us and we would have liked to stay more. It is worth nothing that the apartment is on the 6th or 7th floor without an elevator which was a bit of struggle since I had senior members with me. No complaints ! It was an amazing stay

When we arrived we found the house clean and organized. The place is very well equipped, cozy and comfortable, you have a good view of the garden from all the windows. The hosts are kind, polite, helpful and always available. A short walk away, you have a good supermarket and public transportation. Highly recommended accommodation.

It was so beautiful, this apartment is so stylish and harmoniously furnished. I fell in love and would have liked to stay longer. Arrangements were easy and Isabel is very sweet and nice. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend a stay here. Thanks again ☺️

We (2 adults, one daughter 7 years) were guests for 2 nights. We were very well received, the apartment was as described and super clean. We lacked nothing. In the evening, we could even watch deer, foxes and bats from the terrace. Best regards and if it turns out we would come back anytime.

Gudrun's accommodation is one of a kind, and if you get involved, it can transport the traveler to another time - like a little time travel. It is strategically well located between interesting cities and the Erzgebirge. I felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend it for short as well as longer stays.

We were warmly welcomed and were able to ask questions at any time. It is a wonderful apartment, which is very cozy and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was also available in the kitchen and bathroom to feel very comfortable and to be able to cook delicious meals. The surroundings and excursion destinations are wonderful. Dear Max with family, Thank you for this great accommodation. We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. It is all lovingly and practical. And the garden is a dream. Very clean and wonderfully quiet. The bed is super comfy, we slept deep and firm. Parking on the property, which was pure luxury. Our next time is already booked.

We felt very comfortable in Philipp's apartment and slept wonderfully. It is beautifully furnished, there was everything we needed and it is very clean, bright and inviting-friendly with a view of a small park. In the residential area, we found everything we needed within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, garden restaurant, bus stop) and were quickly in the center with the frequently running bus. Philipp always responded quickly to our questions, check-in was straightforward. We were surprised how green Chemnitz is, we liked it there very much and we would love to stay with Philipp again on a next stay.

Fantastic location, right in the countryside by the castle pond and yet very central, happy to come back!

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very quiet and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend them very highly.

Beautifully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable at Fam Zickmantel. Great importance was attached to ensuring that even the youngest children feel comfortable. Both the play corner and the tree house in the garden make sure that the stay is not boring.

In addition to a beautiful location, which invites you to go hiking, a similar picture is also shown when entering the accommodation. It is very nicely decorated, tidy and clean.
