The listed house, which is located in the middle of Nordhorn, has been renovated and furnished in a country house style. On almost 60 m² you will find an open living and dining area with an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a duplex room that can be reached via a steep staircase. At the top there are 2 more single beds. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and hairdryer. Wi-Fi & a parking space are provided.
