Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce najdete dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Cozy 3-room apartment with huge private roof terrace and Danube views! The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a combined kitchen/living room. The bathroom includes a bathtub and an additional separate shower. Fresh towels, soap, lotion and toiletries are of course available here. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 1.80 m bed and fresh cotton bed linens. The kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and tea and coffee is also provided.

The house is in the center of Lipno, close to the road connecting Frymburk and Lipno, as well as close to the bike path and the Lipno dam. The center of Frymburk with its many shops and restaurants is just five minutes on foot from the cottage. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including an equipped kitchen, O2 TV and electric heating. The water of the Lipno Dam can be reached after a 100 meters walk along the path.

This house is suitable for 5 people (fitters, vacationers, travelers). It is in a nature park and climatic health resort between Waldkirchen and Hauzenberg in the Bavarian Forest! Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.

Stay in an apartment on the shore of a lake (30m) with a private beach, the possibility of renting a motor boat. All close to the center of Frymburka. We also have Wellness and SPA on our premises. There is a ski slope or water skiing near us. Paddleboard rental for free. Or rent a motor boat or paddle boat from us.
