Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area (1st floor) with private bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet rest farm just outside (!!!) from the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Enjoy peace and comfort in the modern cottage on the edge of the forest of Beringhausen in the Sauerland! The light-flooded living area on the ground floor offers a glass front with panoramic views and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a meadow view, a sleeping alcove for 2 people and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, terrace, trampoline and swing invite you. Children can feed our chickens, and fresh eggs are available upon availability. Lake Hennesee is nearby!

Fühl dich wohl hier in Soest auf 107m2 im Ortsteil Thönigsen in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. 2 Etagen mitten in ländlicher Natur mit riesiger Dachterrasse ! Toll gerade auch für Fahrradbegeisterte und Spaziegänger . Zentral gelegen zwischen Soester Zentrum und zum Kurort Bad Sassendorf jeweils ca 5 km . Die nächstgelegene Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Apotheke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Tankstelle in ca 2,5 km in Oestinghausen. Der Möhnesee ist nur 20 km entfernt.

Bright, cozy 50 m² apartment on the first floor of a characteristic half-timbered house in the middle of the historic old town of Soest with a small, idyllic city garden! Only 350 meters from the train station! It is modernly decorated and can accommodate 2 people. SAT TV is available and free Wi-Fi can be used in the entire living space as well as in the garden. In the bedroom you will find a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and blackout blinds. The kitchen is well equipped.
