Holiday rentals with a pool in Litteau

This is a beautiful home in a quiet and picturesque part of Normandy. This large holiday home is ideal for a large family with 2 en suite bedrooms and a spacious dining/living area. The property is within a group of approximately 6 large private holiday homes with their own private gardens. The horse paddock in the centre is a focal point with well kept, gentle horses. The communal swimming pool is well maintained and warm and the whole family enjoyed it. Elie was attentive and helpful and on site if needed. We met Isabelle on leaving who was gracious and lovely. A lot of thought has gone into this home. Our family had a wonderful stay. This area is remote but towns and various sightseeing is all within 30-60 mins drive. I would recommend to any family that want a quiet getaway. Thanks Elie and Isabelle.

We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. If you're looking for a comfortable, immaculately clean, and truly welcoming place to stay, look no further. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sophie’s place to anyone. One of the best AIRBNB I got. The House is truly a gem, with a great pool. Perfect for 2-4 persons and to discover Normandie.

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Das Haus von Céline und Stéphane entspricht der Beschreibung. Aufgrund der Witterung konnten wir den Garten, Pool und das zu Verfügung stehende Angebot, Fahrräder, Boule-Platz, Liegestühle, nicht ausgiebig nutzen. Der Pool war freundlicherweise bereits geheizt, man konnte entspannt schwimmen. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt und der Interaktion mit Céline zufrieden, Wünsche (Heizung) wurden umgehend erfüllt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans un appartement vraiment au calme, avec une belle vue reposante, le tout dans une résidence très agréable et arborée. L’appartement en lui-même est conforme aux photos : lumineux, extrêmement propre, bien agencé et décoré avec soin. Et l’accueil est parfait, entre les petits gestes et le guide laissé à disposition. Nous avons été immédiatement comme chez nous, merci pour ce séjour !

Le concierge, M. Chrétien, nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Il est vraiment sympathique, souriant et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter à Cabourg. Nous avons trouvé facilement une place de parking dans la rue. L’appartement, situé au 2ᵉ étage, est propre et lumineux. Le lit est confortable, tout comme le canapé. Le reste est également très bien, hormis un petit défaut : les toilettes sont vraiment exiguës et difficiles d’accès. À l’extérieur, les espaces verts sont bien entretenus et la piscine, en plein soleil, est vraiment au top !

Logement très agréable, vue splendide sur la mer et le soleil couchant, accès direct à la mer (coin moins fréquenté que les zones alentours), tout ce qu'il fallait pour les équipements bébé. Marie est très bienveillante et soucieuse que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux (document guide de séjour, messages, réactivité, etc.). Nous l'en remercions et recommandons ce logement !

Un logement pratique, bien équipé et à la décoration sobre, idéalement situé sur le port de Grandcamp, dans une résidence parfaitement sécurisée. Tout est accessible à pied, les restaurants, les commerces et la plage...

Séjour parfait dans un appartement fonctionnel, confortable. Vue magnifique sur la Manche et Villers sur mer. Nous avons été accueilli par Hervé, charmant et très réactif. Nous recommandons.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .
