Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Livarot-Pays-d'Auge

A big thank you to Jérémy for his warm welcome! The house is superb, both spacious, clean and extremely well-equipped. Nothing is missing, everything is designed to have a great time, whether with family or friends. The children loved the playroom, and the adults enjoyed the comfort and tranquility of the place. The garden is pleasant, the interior very neat, and the location perfect. Jérémy was very available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Great weekend in this beautiful Canadian wooden cabin, surrounded by a large garden. Quiet, surrounded by nature and with only animals as neighbors, the whole family loved this break! And for walks in the forest, access is just at the end of the road!! Remote communication with Emeric was very pleasant: he is very responsive and full of good recommendations!!

A perfect stay with the family! The house is nestled at the end of a small path, surrounded by nature, on a large and beautiful lot. We were immediately charmed by the calm and beauty of the place. The bedding is excellent, everyone slept very well. The interior is cozy and well thought out, and the different terraces allowed us to soak up the sun at every moment of the day. The kids loved the garden, and the hiking trail right next door is great for a leisurely walk in the forest. A refreshing break, we already want to come back.

From the beginning a warm welcome from Julie, and a warm feeling when entering the house. A beautiful, cozily furnished house, with all amenities. Located in a quiet, green area. Plenty of privacy, large garden where the children could play. The location of the house is convenient, to combine with trips in Normandy. Such as the landing beaches, Honfleur. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, an experience not to forget!!

needed somewhere to hang clothes in bedrooms. no mirror in bedroom. no hanging hooks in downstairs bathroom. no instructions how to use the TV. faulty socket to TV and Bose speaker which prevented use of TV. No heating in the salon/lounge. however a beautiful location lovely grounds and an attractive property and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very nice, clean and completely furnished. The garden is wonderful and well fenced, so our dog could also sniff and play freely. We felt at home and were sorry to leave.

We really enjoyed Joel and Jocelyne's house. More beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest, it was perfectly clean. Our hosts were most welcoming and the tips for enjoying the area were endless. The house is located on a beautiful plot. Our only downside is that it is not allowed to enjoy this nature since the walk to the tenants is only allowed on a small plot around the house. But that's really our only downside. Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

We recommend this accommodation: cozy, clean and tidy, room for business, good location, etc. Everything is done to make you feel at home, but better. There's even a nice electric fireplace. Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

It is not easy to find accommodation for a family or friends reunion. Everything is there here. Number of rooms and beds, leisure facilities for children and adults, crockery, seats all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

A true haven of peace! We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is a real gem: sunny from morning to night, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal in the open air. The interior is just as pleasant, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Hosts are thoughtful and available. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!

Eric and Alexandra were fantastic hosts, very kind and very helpful. The house is exactly as in the photos, if not better, clean, cozy and equipped to spend a wonderful weekend with family or friends. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic house for 10 people… beds were super comfortable and lovely bedding. All ensuite bathrooms were perfect. Great location just outside HONFLEUR and Deauville where there are a great assortment of restaurants. Went down to the beach to watch the sunset nightly, what a peaceful spot. Thanks for the memories, would revisit in a heartbeat
