It is very spacious and has many original features, with lots of room in the sitting room and kitchen-dining room to hang out, cook, or work. Nestled at the edge of the park, a beautiful place to walk, run or play tennis, the loudest ambient sound is bird song. We are ten minutes by cycle, bus or taxi to the city centre, with plenty of off-road parking next to the flat.
