In the countryside of Tuscany La Gegia Matta is the guest house of Villa Ruschi, a magnificent eighteenth-century property characterised by the typical Tuscan style. It is located in the centre of Calci, in Val Graziosa and is easily reached both by car and motorcycle. Nearby you will find restaurants, wine bars, groceries and you can also visit the beautiful Certosa di Calci. It is 10 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca , 1 hour from Florence and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

La Mediterranea

Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.

The listing is located in a fairly central area and close to the sea. In fact, you can easily reach both destinations on foot. Also a few minutes away you will find the "Venezia" district where you can enjoy typical restaurants and taste all the specialties of Tuscan cuisine. Same thing for the famous Terrazza Mascagni, which is steps away. The listing is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Very bright environment, air conditioners, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV + console.

Belforti Tower

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

A few steps from the seafront, the Medici port and the city center, in a lively neighborhood full of shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and 24-hour parking, with private and independent entrance, Silvietta's house offers a warm rustic environment with private courtyard-garden. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with window, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine, hairdryer, small appliances. You can reach the Naval Academy with a waterfront walk of about 20 minutes.

Urban Marilyn

Second floor apartment, completely renovated. Free and paid parking nearby. Just 10 minutes walk from the sea and from the Mascagni Terrace. Large living area with French windows, brick fireplace, sofa bed and large central table. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to cook and eat. On the ground floor complete bathroom with mosaic shower, on the upper floor open space attic with double bed and second bathroom with window with shower.

Small attic perfect for those who want a base to visit Livorno on foot, cozy and bright, it has everything you need for your stay. Within walking distance you can reach the Venice district, Via Grande, the beautiful Central Market and almost close to all tourist attractions. Carla's house

Carla's house is 100 sq.m with two big bedrooms, a bathroom, a nice and brilliant living room and a built-in kitchen. It's situated in Livorno a short walk from the city center and the seafront. The neighborhood is very vibrant and comfotable with two supermarket nearby, lounge bars,restaurants and two public parks equipped, ideal for childrends. In Carla's house there is also the possibility to have an italian dinner or lunch on request.

Tuscan Cottage with Pool Pet Friendly

Typical Tuscan farmhouse, created as a refuge for pilgrims of the Via Francigena in the distant 1032 AD. Cozy and warm, ideal for 4 people but also suitable for 6, it welcomes your four-legged friends! Located in a strategic area, a stone's throw from the SP1, a road that connects Camaiore to Lucca. Very easy to reach, from here you can visit all of Tuscany!

Reserved apartment located on the first floor, a few steps from the ferry boarding and the historic center with easy free parking. You can stay in a quiet apartment consisting of 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, a living room with a characteristic vaulted ceiling and a nice raised bedroom. Pets are always welcome.
