Monthly Rentals in Llanfihangel Cwmdu with Bwlch and Cathedine

A lovely stay at Dragons cottage with my wife and young son, right in the heart of the beautiful countryside. Great for walking, steam training and plenty of great local food spots only a short drive away!

Overall great stay! We had a nice and relaxing time in the cottage. Roomy enough for a large group. It does have a few bits and bobs (master bedroom is a bit chilly at night, wifi only reaches to the kitchen / dining area) that come with an older space like this, but it adds to the charm. Would also recommend Cwmdu Contrast next door - Super fun, unique experience + loved that it was just steps away.

The cottage location is great for those who are looking for outdoor activities like hiking, cycling and horse riding. The cottage was tidy, but the kitchen facilities weren’t up to par (wasn’t a big deal for us tbh, coz we got ready to eat food). The reception is very weak in the cottage area, but WiFi connection is available. The host was very friendly and helpful. She provided us a document with lists of recommendations (restaurants, activities, and groceries,..etc) in the area which was really helpful. Just make sure to get the exact location before arrival before losing the signal in the area.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location on edge of the national park. The house is extremely well presented and was very comfortable for the 8 of us who were staying. Carol is very helpful and a very responsive host. This is an outstanding Airbnb property and we would thoroughly recommend.
